Gino did an excellent job on my roof. He was professional - came right away to do the estimate and completed the work quickly and it looks amazing. Would recommend him to anyone.

When looking up roofers on Staten Island, I found Gino’s Home Improvement. The website had many pictures to view his work and I liked that he added his license number and information so that you know he is licensed and insured. I contacted Gino’s and spoke directly to him. He is very pleasant and professional, which is important. Previously, I had called another roofer who barely spoke on the phone. Gino checked out the house and met with me to go over pricing. I found his prices very reasonable. It was a big roof that would need a lot of materials but I felt like I was given a fair price. Gino fit me into his schedule within a week’s time and finished the job in two days, which was excellent. He has a good number of men in his crew, so the job was completed quickly. The whole crew was very professional in protecting they outside of the house from damage before ripping off the old roof and did a good job cleaning up debris afterwards. If you are in need of a new roof, as well as gutters and leaders, I would highly recommend him.

Gino runs a top-notch company. From the first meeting, Gino clearly described every detail about the work he was going to perform. He’s professional, polite and oversees the whole process from start to finish. The entire team is hard working and they provide high-quality services. Clean-up was superb; they do an excellent job cleaning up debris and other leftover items. I called several companies on Staten Island and Brooklyn, but I decided to go with Gino and I’m so glad that I did! To be perfectly honest, he went above & beyond and that’s a rare find. I only give reviews when it’s deserved, and in this case, it’s well-deserved! Especially for such an important update for a homeowner. Gino is exceptional!! Thank you, Gino!

After getting 5 quotas, I chose Gino's to do my entire roof of my home and garage. I am grateful for the quality service and an amazing price that he gave me. Gino addressed my concerns will respect. Gino is professional, upfront, and has very calm demeanor. He has a hard working and committed crew of workers! Gino is organized and efficient and worked hard to safely protect my home from the debris . In addition, he is licensed and bonded which was important for me because I have a steep roof. He also owns his own dumpster truck so their is no need to rent a container and get a permit. His ladders are electrical and the wood that needed to be replaced was minimal. My property was cleaned up. The job was done in two days and when I say they worked diligently, I mean it. If I have to chose all over again, Gino's roofing is and will be my only choice.

Gino was very professional. He came to give me an estimate right away. The work was completed as promise. They cleaned up after the job was done. They did a wonderful job replacing my roof. I recommend him if you are in need of a roof repair or replacement.

***Beware.***Had Gino install a new, complete tear-off, flat roof in September of 2021. Fast forward to early 2024 and I'm getting water stains on the ceiling of the 2nd floor. Called Gino and he came over to assess the situation. Without even going on to the roof to look, he insisted that the water was coming from chimney and was going to be $2900 to flash around the chimney. I said you're not gonna even go onto the roof to take a look? He said no it's definitely coming from the chimney. Did not even want to throw a ladder up. It clearly states on his contract that the job is guaranteed for 5 years. Needless to say this man does not stand behind his work. He will dismiss any concerns you have or if there is a problem. Do not expect him to fix or repair anything that's "guaranteed" without charging you a lot of extra $$$. Do not recommend, would not use.

After receiving several quotes, I decided to go with Gino, it was a big job, and he made me feel comfortable with him, & his crew doing the work. He showed up on time with his crew, and they operate like a well oiled machine, from removing the roof, replacing it, & the clean up job when the job was completed. He’s there from the beginning, & to the end. He’s honest, does a great job, & I highly recommend him. He put my mind at ease with his sincerity, and I only have good things to say about him, & his roofing company. I’m very happy with the job they did, & my new roof!
