Bought a new house and the roof was old so we needed to get it fixed. We received estimates from a few companies which were comparable but opted for Top Tier Roofing for their transparency and responsiveness. Jason was punctual, courteous and helpful during the inspection and estimate process. After we approved the job we worked with Kyle to arrange it. Despite the weather delays the job was completed quickly over the weekend. The crew were experienced and efficient. They cleaned up the job site when finished. Ricky provided updates on the ground and helped resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

Jason from Top Tier Roofing has been amazing! He took time to explain to me the issues. He even took pictures of my roof to show me what was going on. I know nothing about roofing so I really appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions. He even continued answering my questions via text when the work was done. The Top Tier Roofing team did a great job on our house and garage roof replacements. They met with the insurance adjusters and even offered price matching. They were very patient and professional through the whole process. Both roofs were complete in one day and they look outstanding. I had a great experience with Top Tier Roofing. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He texted to let me know he’d be a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. I had a ceiling leak and thought it might be the roof. Another roofing company didn’t even check the crawlspace, but Jason did a full inspection. He found the real issue, an AC register leak, and even checked my condenser unit and spotted water pooling there too. I’m so glad I called them. Highly recommend!
