Salinas Roofing, Siding, & Exteriors

I worked with Kaleb at Salinas Exteriors to quote out my roof and siding. Our house has a steep roof and totaled 34sq. Kaleb was patient as we sold our previous house and obtained a few quotes. As most of you know getting quotes is not an easy process. Too many no shows or no responses after looking at the project. Kaleb worked quickly and quoted me on a variety of products. He is very responsive in his communication which I really appreciated. We had the roof completed this morning and I must say the crew did an excellent job with tear off and install. The clean up after was meticulous and I received photos throughout. I am excited for our siding project next week. I assume I could have saved a few dollars but I didn’t want to be chasing contractors or cut any corners. I highly recommend Kaleb and Salinas Exteriors

I was shocked. At 8:00 am, 13 people showed up and went to work siding my house. They worked straight through, even with some rain, for two 12-hour days until the job was done. They were professional, cleaned up well, and were very attentive to my needs, even hanging my new lighting fixtures for me before they left. I would highly recommend these people for any project.

Wow! These guys work hard and fast. When we found a leak in our roof we called around for bids to do the repairs. We went with Salinas because they had the best price for a full roof replacement. Within a few short weeks of signing the contract we had a new roof. Yesterday the crew showed up at 7:00 am and didn’t quit until the job was done. We love our new roof and hope it performs as well as it looks.

We had a great experience with Salinas and would definitely use them again. They replaced our outdated and rotted wood and stucco boards with vinyl siding, aluminum-wrapped all our wood in the front, and installed a new railing. The project was completed in just 4 days, thanks to their efficient crew. Kaleb was available anytime by text and sent us plenty of progress pictures since we weren't home during the day. We were impressed that he pointed out potential issues and had a plan to fix them before we even noticed. Both Kaleb and the crew made sure we were completely happy with the work and were willing to redo any work where we weren’t 100% satisfied. I also know I could message Kaleb tomorrow if I found an issue and they’d be right back out to make things right.

Salinas was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would - they did what they said they would. They were fast and friendly and professional. They even came back the next day when I pointed out something they missed. They are good to their word and I would hire them again.

Salinas Roofing has done two jobs for us in the last six months, a roof replacement and gutter installation and repairs. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the cost was very reasonable. Their crews were always efficient and professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with their work.
