Morgan roofing did an excellent job repairing & re-coating our built-up roof. There were a number of minor roof issues and all of them were recognized and addressed. The work schedule was coordinated with our guttering contractor to allow for a properly integrated drainage system. Sean was prompt with the inspection/quote and consistently responsive to our communications during the process. We are highly satisfied with Morgan Roofing and would recommend them to others.

Sean was prompt with estimate and material delivery. My roof was a two layer tear.off. His team cleaned up every day before leaving. Installation included pulling AC off to shingle and seal roof under the unit and repaired ducting leaving the unit. Sean briefed his crew and us after every days work for what was completed and what the plan was for the next day. Hard working crew. Roof details were done to perfection. Sean was awesome from the beginning of the job, with the estimate, the job was done correctly, and to the specs he had verbally told us, was easy to deal with, and did a great cleanup There was also a written contract and a warranty

Sean Morgan is outstanding. Timely and accurate quote. Work included resurfacing two large flat roofs, repairing damage and replacing a leaking drain. All work was on schedule and on estimate. Sean even did a few extras at no additional cost. Work site was always clean. Definitely recommend.
