A-Best Roofing

The roof replacement was done in a timely manner ..everyone was pleasant and thorough! They also helped me get the information that the mortgage company needed to go forward as well. Picked up the trash items, equipment/nails etc and the final inspection was done as well as a couple of areas regarding the gutters were fixed on the spot. Overall very happy with the process !

Excellent personel from top to bottom.Joel the estimator was excellent,helpful and knowledgeable. Donny our manager,kept us informed through the roofing and guttering.He couldn’t have been more helpful and thorough.The roofers worked from dawn to dusk and put on an excellent roof. Also a great clean up and no shrub damage. There may be let expensive roofing companies but I’d chose A best again in a heart beat. A first class operation!

My experience with A-Best Roofing came about because I contracted with them a few years ago to do a repair. They did such a fantastic job that I called them again when I needed a new roof due to hail damage. They are skilled, conscientious, polite, kind and considerate. I have noticed now my house is quieter with the new decking! Win/Win!

As the Facilities Manager for Liberty Laundry, we had what was called a traveling leak at one our stores. I requested a few quotes, one of which was from A-Best roofing. I dealt with Jason Ray and Nick Rubio. They were extremely thorough. They spent their time up on the roof, taking many photos and a video of areas that were of concern. They were up there for about an hour or more, going over the entire roof. I cannot say the same for the other company. They were up there only about 15 minutes! The price A-Best quoted was fair to me and the owner. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and we have had no other issues with any leaks at the store. When we discovered leaks at another one of our stores, far worse than the first store, A-Best was first on the list for me to contact. Once again, Jason and Nick showed up. I was very pleased by that. Once again, they did a very thorough inspection, again with photos and a video to show us the areas that concerned them, and me. Once again, they took their time on the roof. We once again have hired them to do the work on our store. If you want a quality inspection, and a quality job, I would Highly recommend them to you. Jason stays in contact with you and follows up with you after the repairs have been completed. They care about you being happy with the work that has been done. They do their best to not interrupt operations for the work to be performed. Now, that is good customer service!!

I work at a storage facilty that needed some roofing issues investigated and work completed. Jason Ray at A-Best Roofing came to check things out very quickly after I had initially called, which was very important due to the weather this past year. Jason took the time to really investigate our problem to identify our issue, he did not rush over it like other companies have done in the past. This was important for our problem as other companies could never provide solutions because they were not as thorough. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and did multiple tests and inspected many areas of our building to come to a solution. He provided a fair bid for the scope of work and communicated everything clearly verbally and with documentation. Once approved, he and his team got right on the job and got everything completed as planned. They went above and beyond to ensure my issue was taken care of.
