Worked with Cole through the whole process. He showed up asking to look at my roof, free of charge and told me he could for sure get me a new roof. I was extremely skeptical as I've heard that you never use your insurance because it will just go up. Finally, several months later, Cole reached back out to me as he had done a few more times. My wife and I decided to go for it. Not only did I get a new roof, new gutters, attic fans replaced, skylight revealed and the water damage inside from the skylight completely fixed, but I zero stress about it all. The project managers were great here at the house, staying in communication throughout the project. All I was out of pocket was my deductible. Easiest and best house decision I've made.

Cole has been a lifesaver for me! Last night I was going to bed and I walked around my bed to turn down and I noticed the floor was wet. I looked up and my ceiling in the bedroom was leaking really bad. I called Cole and left him a message and he called me right back. We have been in contact for a couple of years because of all the great work he did in our neighborhood. I was blessed not to need a roof replacement but he has kept a good check on me. Cole and Caleb were here this morning already and have placed tarps where shingles have blown off. They did this in the pouring rain. He is also going to send sheetrock workers to replace my ceiling and will permanently repair the roof when the rain stops. I have recommended him to my friends, and they have been absolutely thrilled with his work ethic and the professionalism he shows with every job! Such an incredible and trustworthy man who stands behind everything he is part of. He will always have my business!

4/2023 Cole was great through the sales process. After we found a lot more damage and increased the project scope I was having trouble keeping the numbers straight, (I had to borrow money). When I asked for invoicing Cole started freaking out, I didn’t get the numbers I needed until the owner got involved. The project was kinda downhill from there. Now 2.5 years later I’m getting bids to clean up the fascia repairs they made and don’t have the funds to address the front side drooping created during the roof replacement process. They knocked a hole in my siding (it was indeed old wood siding) but then just left it, said there was nothing they could do. Getting quotes for that too.

Very happy with our roof and the customer service received. Cole was very polite and professional. He walked us through the entire process from Insurance claims to financing. He made it easy and delivered on everything he promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Cole and Peak Performance Roofing and construction. Great job.
