Wow! We are so pleased with the work RainTech has done. First with our guttering and now our roof. Mario and Roy did great work and were very professional. Teresa was amazing. She provided detailed information by phone and email on the work to be done, who was doing it and when they would arrive. We had major leaks around our chimney. You can see the RainTech quality of work in the before and after pictures. We highly recommend RainTech.

We’ve had several visits from RainTech, and I highly recommend them! The entire team is fantastic. One of the things that sets them apart is their communication. It drives me crazy when you call a business and no one ever answers—but RainTech always answers the phone. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and Mikayla did a great job following up and confirming. She scheduled Dalton to complete a roof inspection, and he was excellent. Dalton respected my time by messaging me with an ETA when he was running late and was very apologetic. He was polite, professional, and thorough during the inspection. He even went above and beyond by snapping a photo of our dryer vent to point out excess lint build-up—a safety issue I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. That was greatly appreciated! On top of that, Dalton had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more pleasant. RainTech is reliable, professional, and customer-focused. They are definitely my go-to for roofing needs!

Eddie was awesome. He came highly recommend by a relative. We were looking to have gutters installed on our house and on an addition to an out building. Years ago we did an addition to our house and I installed copper gutters on it . We thought of using copper on the rest. With copper being quite a bit more expensive than it was when I did the previous work. Eddie walked us through all of the possible options with great knowledge of what he would recommend. There was no pressure to take a particular option, just sharing his knowledge and insight. We came to a product that I feel will our needs and desires.

I can't say enough how great RainTech was in the handling of my mother roof replacement. Teresa was such a huge help in the process, communicating quickly and clearly with my mom and ensuring all of her questions were answered and that the entire process ran smoothly and without issue.
