I had an outstanding experience! They listened to what I was looking for and they took the my vision and made it come to life! I couldn’t be happier with the result! Communication on point quick response very on top of everything and got this big project done quickly, we had our roof, windows, siding, gutters and downspouts done and they didn’t miss a beat on all the details! It turned out amazing! Yellow Before Black After!!!

This review is long overdue, but it allows me to also update how things are holding up after all our our crazy Iowa weather! Brad and his team re-roofed my home in April of 2022 (and I wrote a review for that) and I was so pleased I had him re-roof my parents house and garage in 2023 and 2024. All three roofs are holding up perfectly and the color of the roofs is as sharp as it was when installed! Even with the crazy wind storms we've had the past few years in Iowa, the roofs still look brand new, which is exceptional. Not a single shingle out of place. I cannot recommend Brad and his team enough! I tell everyone I know that they are the best.

They are dependable and keep you informed while working through the process providing options for the customer. I would work with them again in the future if the need arises.

We had some roof loss with the tornado that blew though Des Moines a few months back and our experience was fantastic with Xtreme Roofing and Siding LLC with Jake at the helm, always being available to answer questions and help us through all the ins/outs from beginning to end, along with such hard working and conscientious crews made this big job of replacing the roof, gutters and downspouts easy and they look fantastic. Each evening upon completion of the work, the crew worked hard to get any/all stray pieces of things out of the driveway and out of the yard, which was super appreciated since we have dogs and car tires that don't fair well with that type of debris!! The work was completed timely and we couldn't be more pleased!
