GR Exteriors Inc

I have wood siding on my home, some of which needed replacement prior to painting. Rafael was prompt at reviewing and sending a fair estimate, and his crew finished the work to our satisfaction. It is so nice to find a company that does quality work, fair prices, and a great job of communicating each step in the project. I will definitely use again and highly recommend!

I love this family owned local business. Azelea & Rafael are professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. They keep you informed throughout the process and are always on time. They kept their promises of when work would start and end. They helped answer all my questions so I could make informed choices about what products best met my needs. They provided me with before and after pictures and identified a few issues I wasn't even aware of. This saved me from expensive damages that would have occurred had it not been fixed. I now have a beautiful new roof, eaves and skylights with quality products. Thank you GR Exteriors! I highly recommend you!

GR Exteriors did a fantastic job! The crew was at our house bright and early every day of the project. They were very mindful of debris, as shingles were being removed and made sure nothing was left behind. They were receptive to any questions we had through the entire process. We had our roof, soffits, facia, gutters and downspouts replaced and are extremely pleased with everything GR Exteriors did for us!

GR Exteriors recently replaced 3 aging skylights in our house. The work was priced reasonably, well done, and in a timely fashion. The proposal was accurate and fulfilled. I would recommend these folks to others.

GR Exteriors did an excellent job on a complex project for our 4-unit townhome building. In addition to replacing 2 layers of existing shingles with a new roof, GR removed and rebuilt the entire roof decking as it was too deteriorated to salvage. They also replaced our 5" gutters with 6" inch gutters and downspouts/extensions, and installed gutter protection. Foreman Rafael and crew used their extensive knowledge and skill to do a painstakingly thorough job using top quality materials. Their work ethic was exceptional. Starting at sunrise, they worked until sunset on most days. They did a careful job cleaning up the work site and grounds. At project's end, Rafael did an inspection with two building officers, after which GR returned to fix a couple of small items. Throughout the project, Rafael was on site and accessible. He provided updates, answered questions and flagged issues our building association needed to address. He was articulate, polite and personable. I can highly recommend GR Exterior's work and team.
