They did a tile relay for me, which means they lifted my existing tile and laid new roofing paper. They also put in new metal pieces around corners and in grooves. They put personal touches that homeowners will appreciate. For example, without me asking they put a metal piece over a very exposed area in which water can gather. This piece diverted water from risky areas to my rain gutter.

Pierre and his team worked with us in 2024 to assess and replace two sections of our roof. Roof work is not something that most people would elect to do, but the Pivotal team was great at communicating progress, providing proper materials, and ensuring a timely completion before the rainy season. Overall, it was a good experience and I am glad to have them available to help us out in the future.

Great Crew. Efficient and neat. We had this company do roof repairs recently. We were so impressed we had them come back to Silicone coat the entire roof to protect it for the next 20 years.

Pierr responded quickly to my roof leaking down and around my fireplace. He placed tarps all around my roof to stop the leaking until the rain stopped. His team came back and fixed it and my family now have peace when it rains knowing that it is not an issue anymore. Great job. Highly recommend these guys.
