I was impressed by the attentive and knowledgeable approach to handling my roof replacement, as every detail was carefully addressed throughout the process. Blake presented himself as very professional, warm and knowledgeable. Recording and presenting the roof situations before and after the whole process was definitely a game changer and just meant the company is going to provide a great and honest service. Ascend did a great job painting our high ceiling foyer. The contractor, Blake, was flexible with his time and stopped by to assess the area and give us an accurate quote. He pays great attention to detail and made sure it met his standards. Prior to starting the job he made sure to clearly explain what exactly would be painted. Blake did an outstanding job assessing, estimating, and managing our roof repair job. It was a complete replacement of an old shake roof with modern roofing materials. The project included a complicated flat section in addition to multiple slanted sections with several valleys. Follow up was quick and effective.

We chose Blake for an entire new roof, furnace and main electrical connection because he did the most thorough inspection of the damage. Once the job started, he was always available if we had questions, and the work was high quality. He cared about making sure we were pleased. He also advised us about the financing.
