Mike's Construction

We got a refferal from a friend to use Mike's Construction. Mike and his crew were awesome! His quote was clear and he answered all our questions. He returned our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He and his crew arrive at the time he said they would be at. They replaced all the rotten wood and did our flashing correctly ( it was done wrong by a previous company). The crew and him walked our property to make sure they had not missed any nails during cleanup. Would highly reccomend Mike's Construction!!!

I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

I scheduled a free estimate with Mike for roof replacement, siding and gutters. He was on time, prepared, and professional. He spent a lot of time explaining my options. He used to work as an inspector so he knows how to identify specific problem areas and create solutions to meet the customers needs. I learned a lot about the proper scope of the work, materials involved and the best order to approach my home improvement projects. He did not use high pressure sales tactics and gave me a fair price quote. I would happily do business with Mike in the future.

Mike is awesome. I bought this house in 2016. Mike’s construction did the roof of my house in 2011 (previous owner). With the recent rainstorm. I discovered a water leak in the kitchen celling. I got hold of this company who did the work in 2011. Mike showed up same day with in 2 hours and took care of the leak for me. They are still serving their work after 13 years. What an amazing service. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Do yourself a favor and get an estimate from Mike’s Construction. Mike readily offered his license number, proof of additional certifications and up-to-date training, reliable references, and an impressive portfolio of pictures from completed projects. He devoted a generous amount of time to inspect and explain the scope of work necessary to satisfy my specific customer needs. His attention to fine details makes it evident that he is not performing a generic sales pitch. Mike is fully transparent with project expectations, pricing, and who will perform the work. Accountability matters to Mike, his crew is pictured on the website. Many local construction companies have high employee turnover and will hire subcontractors without proper vetting, training, and oversight. He does not use high-pressure sales tactics and will not try to sell you something you do not need. His business approach is truly customer-oriented and makes for a pleasant experience.

Mike came to our house to give us a quote on redoing our roof. He was very polite and professional. They completely replaced our roof in one day and did an amazing job. His team worked so fast and did such a great job that two of our neighbors had him redo theirs as well! I would highly recommend Mike's Construction and will definitely be using them in the future!

Mike came out himself to give an estimate for my concrete project and provided a written quote, copy of his license and proof of insurance up front, things I didn’t get from the other 5 quotes I got. He was able to get his crew out the following week and was there the first day to make sure everything was set up correctly. His crew worked professionally and efficiently. I’m happy with how everything turned out and would reach out again for roofing or other needs.
