Allstate Roofing & More

The individuals who were supposed to do a whole tear down and replace, didn't. They left a one to two inch gap between the house and porch roof, and water is getting in. They parked and trashed my neighbors yard, and almost threw (but missed) my other neighbors sports car by throwing heavy roofing debris in their driveway. They didn't replace the plywood under the porch, and there was a huge amount of roofing materials left over. I was told I would be reimbursed for any unused materials, but that never happened. None of the workers spoke English. Still trying to fix the roof. I paid a LOT of Money, Was promised So Much. Never again.

Allstate removed old gutters and installed new ones on my entire house. The new ones look fantastic and were installed in a timely manner. The guys who came out even repaired a part of the roof where the gutters had torn off and caused rot/damage. Pricing was also the most competitive of any of the 3 quotes I received. Would definitely recommend and would contact again for roof jobs in the future.

Allstate Roofing did 2 jobs for me that I am very happy with. The first one was difficult because it was in a Historical Preservation District with neighbor houses tight on both sides. Allstate Roofing was very professional in keeping the site clean and safe, they showed up on time, and did a high quality job at a very reasonable price. So naturally, I called them the next time I needed roofing work. An A-plus company.

Update. . .changed from 1 to 3 stars, got a reply from a guy through better business bureau turns out after they came back to inspect leak is from chimney not roof. Not 5 stars because I was ignored until I filed a complaint on the BBB. The initial response was great and they came to do work within 10 days of giving me my quote. The roof was a total tear off and install and the roof is still leaking in the same major spot and possibly one other spot. After two weeks still no resolution. After 3 emails I got a reply saying they would look into it, that was a week ago and still no reply. They also sent the wrong information the the financing company, they did send me a check but I had asked them to send the correct information to the finance company, now there is going to be added interest in an amount that I did not agree to. If I get a resolution I will update my review.

I worked with John Knapp. He was wonderful. He talked with me about my options and answered all of my questions. Ended up not going with this company because I didn't realize I could get a specific color (that I found with a different company) - but I highly recommend Mr. Knapp and Allstate Roofing for communiciation (and a good price).

I wish I knew them before, they did a project putting of a roof in front of my house for a neighbor ; I noticed their team dedication coming at 7:30am and work till 7 pm in evening. Clean the site secure the remaining roof. I bought an investment property and I call them to get the estimate, also called other companies to get the estimate. Their estimates not only beat local contractors but also provide 5 years warranty. Once agreed on contract they started the job same dedication and it took only 2 days for them to finish it. Where in buffalo New York you find such teams. I wish they expand their business to general construction.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our roof. John came to our house and explained everything perfectly and was such a huge help. The crew did an amazing job on our roof, it looks great! We will definitely be recommending All State Roofing to our family and friends.
