The true measure of trust in a company is evident when a customer chooses to hire the same company a second time. Preferred Roofing replaced the roof on our historic 1920 home in West End Winston-Salem, NC in 2007. When a large oak tree fell on it in 2024, Preferred was the first company I called. Owner Mark Hemrick was at the site at 7:00 AM the following morning, less than 24 hours after the tree damaged the upper and lower roofs of our home. As soon as the tree had been removed, he returned with his crew to install temporary patches to dry-in the roof. A few weeks later the crew repaired the damaged roof, repairing more than 20 rafters. It looks as beautiful as it did when it was first installed 17 years ago. Owners Mark Hemrick and Victor Sanchez have been serving the roofing needs of our community for 34 years.
