Yesterday I was sitting in my living room when I heard someone with heavy footsteps running up to my front door. Then I saw a shadow outside the window for a few seconds and heard running back to the street. No knock, no doorbell ring. No attempt to talk to me, the homeowner. But when I opened the door to see who it was, they had already driven away and there was a letter attached to the door with painters tape. I included a picture of the letter to this review. What kind of business doesn't even attempt to make face to face contact? JFerg, you have resorted to cowardly, door dash solicitation. UPS and Fedex make more effort to contact me than your representative did and I will certainly not be doing any business with you. If you're going to lower yourself to door-to-door solicitation, at least have the confidence to look me eye-to-eye when I tell you to get off my property.

After the recent hail storm, I've just had my roof replaced and I'm very happy with the customer service and quality of the work. I’ve never had to replace a roof and was skeptical of the cost, how my insurance company would be to deal with, and finally how to work with a contractor. The salesperson/project manager Sam Seaver was polite, respectful, not pushy, and after talking for a few minutes I felt comfortable with the "free roof inspection". Sam was professional and thorough, and answered all my questions about the damage, types of shingles, lifespan, what would be replaced and supplied, how they worked with insurance companies and homeowners, etc. He provided a detailed inspection report with pictures of damages and notes. I called my insurance company and scheduled an appraisal to be done in a week. The appraiser came out and did his thing and we talked about the damage to my roof and vents, my deductible, what I should expect from a roofing contractor, and how the payments would work. Everything tracked with what Sam had told me, and the insurance appraisal amount for a new roof at replacement value tracked with the average per square footage estimates I found online. I scheduled a second meeting with Sam to go over options and pricing and was pleased that they were able to come in with a better quality roof (30 year vs 25 year) and their price quote also tracked with what the insurance appraiser told me. Again, Sam was knowledgeable and up front about the whole process. After signing the contract I was contacted by their scheduling person to set a date. Two weeks later and my new roof is done, and I’m very happy with the job they did. The materials were delivered the day before the install date and the installation crew showed up at 8am the next day and had it knocked out by 5pm. Sam stopped by during the day to see the progress and answered a few of my questions. The guys did a great job on all the details, corners, drip edge, new turbine vents, covers, etc. and it all looks very well done. They did a great job cleaning up too. I was home all day and checked on their progress a few times and they were all very friendly and responsive to my questions. It was a positive experience all around. If you are looking into a roof replacement I highly recommend talking to Sam Seaver at J Ferg Roofing.

I cannot praise J Ferg enough! Austin was very accommodating and kind throughout the project. He made himself available to answer my queries at all times and ensured that everything was handled. I am thrilled with how my roof and fascia turned out - the team did a fantastic job!

My project manager was Tim Reed and he was fantastic. This is the first time I have ever had a roof replaced and he made the entire process so easy. He explained how they work with the insurance company and he was there when the adjuster came out, and then scheduled the roof to be put on within about a week. Job was done in less than a day and it is just beautiful. After roof was finished they sent Chris out to do a quality inspection. Everyone at JFerg has been so helpful and so professional. If I ever have to have another roof replaced, they have my business for life. Thank you so much!

J Ferg did an incredible job replacing our roof! They were responsive, reasonably priced, and walked us through the process start to finish. Chase was great and made sure we got the full value of the product we were paying for. We couldn't have asked for a better or smoother experience!

Jferg roofing replaced my roof on my home and my workshops after the hail storm totaled them. The crews did a great job including cleanup. My project manager was Austin Hill. I just got a brand new, metal roof from JFerg and I couldn't be happier. Chase McDonald was the gentleman I worked with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He walked me through the entire process and if I ever had any question he was available and happy to answer me. The roofers were quick and efficient. They cleaned up well when they were finished and Chase came by to inspect roof and ran magnet again for me to insure there were no nails for us to step on. They also sent a representative by to check the flue on my water heater and heating unit to make sure everything was connected well and no CO2 was coming back in to my home. I highly recommend them! Oh, one last thing, I am an older single female and was never talked down to. That is highly important to me!!
