Lakeside Roofing and Construction

I am very pleased with the service and project completed by Lakeside roofing. Terry Chancey has been helpful and was great at communication both on the phone and via text. He even met with the insurance appraisal to get the best review due to his knowledge and experience. They did a roof replacement and upgraded the shingles and Terry sent pictures and updates at every step. This was helpful as I am not in the area he truly went above and beyond. I was so impressed with the services and communication that I hired them for additional work and would recommend their services.

On the day the neighbors completed their new roof, a strong wind blew thousands of long, clear plastic strips into my yard. These plastic streamers, approximately three feet in length, infiltrated various areas of my property. They lodged in my air conditioning condenser, obstructing the coils and the fan motor. I demonstrated to the foreman that approximately 360 degrees of my house required cleanup. However, only the rear portion was addressed. I contacted them the following day to request the pickup, but no one arrived. I called again and was informed that a supervisor would contact me, which never transpired. Approximately a week later, I finally spoke with Tim, who reassured me that the cleanup would be completed. A worker did arrive and retrieved some of the streamers. I communicated with him through the doorbell camera and he assured me that all the streamers had been removed. Upon returning home, I inspected the work and discovered that this was a falsehood. My resources revealed that the worker spent more time playing on his phone than he did picking up the debris he had neglected. Despite my explicit guidance and physical demonstration of the areas that needed attention, he failed to complete the task. As a result, streamers remain in my trees, yard decorations, and now serve as a binding material for my mower, which had already damaged my air conditioning condenser. I did not receive any roofing services from this company, and I would never recommend their roofing services to anyone. Last photo is from 6/25/2025

Michael, Tim, and Ivan are very patient and kind. We appreciate the excellent work and meticulous detail of Lakeside Roofing and Construction. Our roofing job was unusual and presented some challenges. Lakeside did not give up. They persevered and the end product is perfection. We couldn't be happier! Thank you, Lakeside, for everything!! I had a great experience with Lakeside Roofing getting my roof replaced. Terry was always responsive to my phone calls and was a pleasure to work with. The roofing crew were quick and professional and cleaned up after the job very nicely. I will definitely use Lakeside in the future.

Lakeside Roofing and construction is awesome. Daniel got everything set up in no time at all and he kept me in the loop at all times very professional and polite. Thank you so much Daniel. The most shocking thing was the invoice they gave me. I thought it would’ve been a lot more, but it wasn’t thank God They started and they finished in record time. Very hard workers. They never stopped. I have a tile roof they had to replace a lot of tiles and mortar around them. We needed our front porch awning replaced and we had called multiple companies about a quote. Most of them didn't do that kind of work and some tried to really overcharge me. I called Daniel and without hesitation he came and gave us quote. He was awesome about communicating and the whole process. He had the job done within 2 weeks and it looks incredible. This team has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We are new homeowners and they walked us through the whole process of roof replacement/installing gutters/chimney repair.
