Highly recommend!! Luke and Skyler were fast, reliable and very knowledgeable. Had to replace my main water pipe, had water everywhere in my bathroom and master bedroom, what a nightmare, they came out within half and hour. Believe me Rooter Hero were wonderful! Again I say Luke and Skyler were awesome!! Thanks guys.

!!!! BE AWARE !!!! I am a repeat customer because of my previous great experience, I called them this weekend and that changed from a 5 star to a 1 star. My 4" sewer drain was blocked by tree roots. All the previous guys (including rooter hero and non rooter hero guys) know the diameter and simply install a 4" blade to grind through it. 20-minute job. This time the tech only wants to use a 2" blade and cut a hole to let the backed up water flow through and called a day. He insisted that's what he can do and sent me another $2k quote to "fix" it. I wasn't happy and called RH customer service 3 times to complain and they promised to have a supervisor call me back to solve the issue. Of course, no one called. I normally will not leave a negative review but this time they cross the line. Even though I shared my good experience with some of my neighbors previously, but I will update them my horrible experience and will not use them again.

We had a service representative from Rooter Hero, James Joyce, who was phenomenal. He was honest, cared about our situation, worked on the best deal he could offer, and loaned us a couple portable units until he could get back to replace our entire HVAC system. He carefully reviewed every possibility that could be wrong, while we watched, showing us the only answer was a complete replacement. We highly recommend James and his company.

Noah did an excellent job! Very professional, explained everything first before doing anything and step by step. Explained the options.The result is very good. Worth the time and money. My first experience with rooter hero and I highly recommend that you should avail their services.

Did not get the sewer line cleaned out. Associate said his equipment got stick and just wanted to charge for additional services. Had someone else come out and do the same thing and the clog got cleared.

One of the most professional companies I have worked with in a long time. I found out about an emergency leak in my walls the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I got an answer right away when I called and Rooter Hero was able to send someone out within 2 hours. The job ended up being MUCH bigger than expected- I worked with Byron and Robert- both super professional, responsive, and accommodating. They had to come back a few times to identify an issue, but were always extremely responsive and took the time to explain the process and cost to me. The only recommendation I have (and this is nothing to do with Rooter Hero) is to have a comparision of cost from another company. For me, I had to have some epoxy work done, which was a $10,000 job. Since I had tenants, I had to move forward with him, but if it was just me I would have held off to get another quote, again as a comparision). Regardless, I highly recommend Rooter Hero and will be using them again!

I had a leak in my front yard and didn’t know where it was coming from. The serviceman came to my house and discovered that I had a leak on my water line. He was able to dig down and replace the section that was bad. They showed up on the time they said and was in and out before I knew it.
