Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We called Roto-Rooter when we needed to replace our water heater. Chad Barnhart the service tech was quick to come. The following day Chad Batey, the service manager came to install our water heater. Price was reasonable. They’re very nice, professionals, trustworthy and did a great job!

Just wanted to thank TJ so much for coming out today and unclogging things. He was very nice, and super professional. I really appreciate him for his hard work, I don't really like strangers but this guy was really special n very very respectable. God bless him!

Chad Batey did a great job with our needed repairs. He worked efficiently, was knowledgeable, and kept the inside of our home clean. He even took his boots off when working inside! Excellent customer service, and would highly recommend.

We’ve used Roto-Rooter several times and it’s always been Chad Batey who does a wonderful job for us. He assisted us in the plumbing for our a/c. He came early and even had to purchase parts and did an excellent job as always! We appreciate him and the entire company as well! Definitely recommend him for all your needs!!

Mr. Barnhart was knowledgeable and courteous. Was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, and talked me through what he was doing to locate our septic tank.

Chad and Tyler had a opening and showed up early for my washing machine cold water leak. Did a very professional job and very thorough. Highly recommend roto Rooter. Price was about what I expected so I am pleased with the whole experience. Very polite and gave me tips on drying out the wet areas from the leak.
