I haven't personally used RR's services, but based on the behavior of their service technicians on the road, I would strongly advise others to stay far away. One of their vans recklessly cut me off without using a turn signal or braking, running me off the road. It wasn't a one-time mistake either—just minutes later, the same driver did it again, almost causing another accident with the car in front of me. What’s worse, I attempted to call the company directly to report this dangerous behavior, but no one ever picked up. If this is any reflection of how they treat their customers or the public, I’d be extremely cautious before doing business with them.

Fridge was under warranty so technician was sent to my house. Michael was super knowledgeable. He was able to fix appliance after other companies and technicians had failed previously. I would only call RR Appliance for all future repairs. Office staff called prior to scheduling appointment. Can you believe it, Michael was early to my house and a great technician. Couldn't be happier with entire company. Best customer service in 20 years of living in Florida.

Terrible! The tech no called and no showed but noted the account saying that he came to our home but we didn’t open the door. Not true! We are in a gated community and waited for 6 hours for them to arrive. No one came or called! The receptionist was rude and didn’t seem to care that Thanksgiving was tomorrow and we were just trying to get some help with our oven. Would NOT recommend this company. I only put one star because I couldn’t post this without out. Zero stars!!!

I scheduled a next-day appointment with RR Appliance Services through the Electrolux website and received a prompt confirmation. I followed up with a call to double-check, and they confirmed the technician would arrive between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, just as noted online. On the day of the appointment, I received an automated call letting me know that the technician, Mike, was on his way and would arrive in about 25 minutes—which he did, right on time. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and clarified that it was related to a dirty vent, not the dryer itself. Overall, the service was timely, professional, and informative. I appreciate the clear communication and efficient diagnosis. Would definitely recommend RR Appliance Services!

The service man was very professional and knowledgeable. He has also been quite patient. He has been here 4 times and finally has it all figured out. Scheduled to come back tomorrow to finish up. This refrigerator has been quite a challenge but hopefully the problem has been solved. The parts take way too long to arrive but that’s not in his control. This unit was purchased in Jan. And we have been without use of the refrigerator since early July. Hope this is the end!!

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by RR Appliance Repair. I recently purchased a washing machine from Home Depot, and the subsequent repair experience has been wholly unacceptable. The scheduling process alone was incredibly frustrating. After initially agreeing to a specific repair window, RR Appliance Repair unilaterally changed the appointment time hours before the scheduled visit, disregarding my availability and causing significant inconvenience. Attempts to rectify the situation with multiple customer service representatives proved equally fruitless. I was repeatedly hung up on, denied access to a supervisor, and treated with outright disrespect. Further research revealed that my experience is far from isolated; numerous online complaints detail similar issues with RR Appliance Repair's customer service. Given the volume of negative feedback, I am gravely concerned about the quality of service provided to your customers under this company. I urge any company contracted with this company to conduct a thorough review of your relationship with RR Appliance Repair. The current arrangement, which leaves your customers vulnerable to such unprofessional and unacceptable treatment, necessitates immediate attention. The damage to your brand reputation resulting from RR Appliance Repair's actions is considerable and needs to be addressed promptly. I expect a response outlining the steps Home Depot will take to address this matter and prevent similar incidents in the future. Also , After filing a complaint regarding there customer service to their "supposed" corporate email address I was provided, I was then called back from an employee of the company who refused to provide her name and refused to offer repair services for my washer although they are contracted with Home Depot to repair.

Unprofessional, office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Best Buy Geek squad sent them to replace dryer filter housing and filter. They replaced the housing and not the filter. On first visit technician came out and said he would order parts. Never said filter was not covered, then returned to install the parts and says he is done. When I go to check the filter doesn’t fit and technician was sitting in my driveway he said he had already submitted the order as completed so I had to call the office. I called and they said they would order the part and re-install it. 1.5 months go by and I haven’t heard back when I followed up they said we completed the repair you will have to file another claim. When I called to explain. I was told they had completed the installation of the part and I had to file another claim. The young lady on the phone was rude and condescending. I emailed explaining how upset I was and had asked Best Buy to send another company to complete the job and that I thought the technician was incompetent for leaving the dryer like that. The filter doesn’t fit the new housing that was installed. That is a huge fire hazard. Someone called me back and apologized for the rude and condescending rep I had previously spoken to earlier. However, due to my email stating the comments of their staff needing customer service training and the technician being incompetent upper management had decided to not help me with my problem. They insisted they completed my job. I said I just don’t understand how a job is completed when a repair leaves the appliance in non working order. They said filter is not covered under the warranty but were willing to try and helped if I filed a new claim but since I wrote an email stating my opinion of the company upper management would not be helping me. Bottom line I don’t understand how Best Buy geek squad service can vet a company that has an F rating on BBB and a 1.3 on Angie’s list.
