R&R Electric

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (they're partners Snyder). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.

Won't warranty their work after 20 days. Want to upsell you instead of doing the job that they were hired for. I highly recommend that you do not use this company.

I hired R&R to change out the electric service at my home and install a new panel. Robbie the owner came out to my home and was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to update my electrical. I received a quote from him the following day. Once I hired R&R they were prompt about getting electricians out to my home. The professionals they sent out did an excellent job. It was clear to me that the crew was experienced and talented. The front office was a pleasure to deal with and they were friendly, organized, and helpful. I will be using R&R for any future electrical work that I require.

Very disappointed. Had emergency on Saturday. Recommended by a neighbor. Employee came right out but couldn't do the work without a permit. My husband is on oxygen. No power at all. Employee tried to reach owner and his sons to get permit. No return call. Could have had it done sunday. When monday came around I was told I would have to schedule the service for the following week. Really? Wont recommend them to any one

Hired R&R based on recommendation of someone I know. They came out within a couple of days (wasn't an emergency). They were fast and efficient and knew what they were doing. I'd recommend them to a friend.

A very good electrical contractor. They treat their employees well. I highly recommend them and I worked for them in the past so I can honestly say they do things right. I have not been coerced or enticed into writing this review. They genuinely care about their workers and they have very qualified electricians.

R & R is amazing, my work lost power because of our breaker, they were quick to respond and got us back up and running in no time. Lindsey Pest Services will always use R & R Electric.
