I called R&S for help with my garage door motor/operator and spoke with Johney. He explained that R&S only service businesses and not residential garage doors. At that point, I was expecting him to disconnect the phone, but instead he asked me what my problem was and gave me the names of reputable residential garage door services who I could call and also gave me some troubleshooting tips. He went above and beyond to help me at I time when I was totally out of my depth, and I was so grateful for, and appreciative of his help, that I felt I had to write this review, so that any business looking for a good ethical company for their garage doors would consider this one. Thank you Johney!
R&S Doors did an amazing job replacing our large rolling door. Quick response, quick and very reasonable quote for the job, great communication and explanation of what we needed. Installers Bino and Jeff were on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Did some customization to make our new door fit safely and securely. Work was completed in one day and area was left clean and neat. We have already asked for a quote for another door and look forward to working with R&S in the future. Thanks guys!!
Bino and Jeff helped my aunt out when she hit her garage door. They did a thorough check of all parts and were able to tell us what we needed and made sure my aunt’s door was secured until the part arrives. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve a 5 star review. R & S Doors is a great company and I highly recommend them.
Very professional and job well done! Will call back soon! Thank you!
