We had the water line to our home fail and start leaking water all over the basement. Same-day plumbing came out after hours, got us a quote, and started the repair the next day. It was a very big job. They had to dig 7-9 feet in order to make the needed repair. Apart from fixing the issue, they went above and beyond on this job. They repaired a broken sprinkler head (it was broken before they came), removed a water shutoff valve that had previously failed (part of our existing security system), and purchased / laid new bark in our flower bed. Even the water pressure in our home is drastically better now! This was an expensive fix (> $6,000) which was hard to swallow. But they did everything to make the experience as smooth as possible. They offered 18 month financing with no interest which helped soften the blow. I sure hope your water main doesn’t fail, but if it does Same Day is a great company to get you back on your feet.

Tristen and Adam did a great job as a team. Ben and Josue were part of his crew and did an amazing job at resetting a big piece of concrete that they had to remove to access the water main pipes. Adam was incredibly professional and friendly, transparent and went above and beyond by also fixing a small leak on the toilet. And Adam even sprayed the flooring to clean up any residual dirt from the crawl space. I recommend!

I needed a furnace repair. Not sure who to call. I remembered the TV ads for SameDay Heating and decided to give them a try. I had a technician come named Eric Kent. Wow, this guy knows his stuff. In a matter of minutes, he had located the problem. More importantly, with his thorough inspection he found a crack in the heat exchanger. As you probably know, this permits exhaust gas to leak into the surrounding living space. With Eric's thorough diagnostics, he probably saved lives in my home. So, Eric is not only a top-notch technician...he is also a life saver! As he worked, I had borage of questions. Eric was very patient and answered each one to my understanding. He also provided me additional information to help me completely understand our subject matter. Eric spent time with me after his diagnostics to help me with the new issue -- replacing this no longer usable furnace. Eric arranged for a Comfort Consultant to come to my home to evaluate the best options for a replacement system. He also stayed for a while after the consultant arrived to share details with him about the topic. I couldn't have been more satisfied! Eric seemed like a trusted friend. I signed up with Eric for SameDay's service plan and might get to see him again in the future with service visits. If Eric is any reflection on SameDay, then that must be one company that stands miles about the compaction. Thankyou Eric. Oh, I didn't have carbon monoxide detection in my home. I do now thanks to Eric. Benjamin Sprehn was the Comfort Consultant that helped me. He did all the calculations to determine the proper capacity system for my needs. It was a pleasure to spent time with Ben. He answered all my questions and provided me with a large list of options explaining each in great detail. There were items that he discribed that I hadn't considered - Items I didn't know about - and items that I didn't understand until Ben spent the time to share the missing points. I was impressed right from the start at how quickly Ben arrived at my house. I was delighted at how Ben treated me and didn't try to push stuff on me that I didn't want. By the end of out visit was able to select a unit that I know I will be pleased with for many years to come. Yes, I did purchase a new, replacement furnace and air conditioner. A mid-range unit that I am very pleased with. If you are looking for a new system, you want to check out SameDay. You also want to ask for Benjamin Sprehn. I'm sure all their company Confort Consultant's (sales force) are great but I can personally vouch for Ben. Thank you. Ok...installation of my new unit occurred the very next day after purchase. Alberto Carrillo and Josh Olsen were the two installers that showed up on my door step first thing in the morning and worked until the job was complete - almost the entire day. They, like Eric and Ben were bombarded all day long with my questions and comments and they were very patient and answered each one to my understanding and satisfaction. I watched them most of the day and was very pleased with the high quality of craftsmanship they displayed. Each task in the installation was done with precise accuracy and care. The quality of their work showed them to be true perfectionists. I enjoyed having them in my home for the day. I couldn't have been happier with the final outcome. Alberto also did some major ductwork modifications to my system to improve the overall performance. Alberto and Josh were very careful to keep the areas clean. They are a credit to their company. If all installers there are as good as these two then SameDay has a super top notch staff. Thanks Alberto and Josh for a job well done. Nothing was left undone. One final comment...I don't remember her name...The lady that answered my phone call and arranged to send out the technician was very friendly and courteous. Jon came out and fixed the furnace he was quick and professional. We just had a popped fuse he was honest and great. It was simple fix and he didn't yank my chain about how badly it was busted. He just popped in a new fuse and pulled out the multimeter to make sure it wasn't going to keep happening. I spent more than I should have for a fuse but I figure I paid for his expertise in diagnosing the issue than the part. Great work. Super happy. Very reasonable.

I wanted to make all aware of the bad experiences we had with the installation technician, Hayden Hall, and their assistant Jonathan (no last name was given to me). Jonathan showed up first in their personal vehicle at 8:12 A.M., so on time from what I was quoted by the Comfort Consultant, and was very nice and friendly. I showed them where the furnace was and the back door they and Hayden could use. When Hayden showed up about 2 minutes later, I showed them where everything was. Before leaving them to work I let them know that I would be upstairs and to let me know if they needed anything. Jonathan did come upstairs to ask where the breaker box was, and I told them it was on the back on the wall about 5 feet away from the A/C unit. Hayden came up a little while later asking if I had a Sharpie he could use because their just died; I had one and let him borrow it. After the installation was completed, Hayden came up to let us know that they were done and ready for the walk through. Hayden explained the new propane sensors on the furnace and let me know that they changed out my brand-new air filter and removed one of the screws to make it easier to get the door open. I informed Hayden that the filter was just replaced on Sunday (June 29, 2025) and all the screws were needed to keep the door closed. Hayden’s reply was that they were leaving us with two new filters. I replied with they are not pet grade like I had in there, and they are cheap ones. Hayden ignored my comment. While continuing the walk through I asked if anything was done to the back of the furnace, and Hayden said no, and went into the back yard. Where Hayden explained moving the fuse box for the A/C unit over a little for easier access. I noted that the main breaker box door was open and ask them to close it, the technicians did. They also explained how to clean the unit with the garden hose and there is no need to cover it. During the walk through my mother, Margie Earl, noted that there were shavings of metal laying around the floors that were not picked up. I went down this morning, July 6, 2025, to clean up the metal and found more than just a few metal shavings. I noted that the linoleum flooring was ripped up some under the carpet, there were loose screws on the floor next to the furnace, I found my third screw to the furnace door. I also noticed that in the back of the furnace, where Hayden said nothing was done, the insulation tape was cut off and not replaced. Without the insulation tape a lot of air is being let out into where my washer and dry are. There were also screws on the floor next to the dryer where it sits up against the furnace. There were screws left on top of my wardrobe cabinet. I took a closer look at where the new A/C duct was placed on top of the furnace and instead of using insulation tape Hayden and Jonathan used hot glue and left a hole large enough for a flat head screwdriver to fit through. Which means the air is getting out. At this time, I regret using a big-name business to replace my A/C, the small company we had put in the A/C ten years ago did not leave holes in the duct work and cleaned up after themselves.

Austin was an amazing tech, very polite and knowledgeable. He came to service my water heater and noticed a red flag for flooding. Fixed all the problems all while having a great attitude! I would definitely suggest Austin Fairbourn to any of my friends and request him for any future issues.
