They offered a few different choices in chemicals to use for extermination during the consultation. I have pets so I requested one of the chemicals that seemed the least damaging (I did my research on such chemicals and their toxicity towards pets). On extermination day, they showed up without the one chemical I requested out of all the ones they OFFERED. So, they ended up only doing a steam service. Okay, that's fine. After the steaming they had left, and I contacted their office to let them know that they didn't bring the chemical I picked out. I wasn't complaining or trying to get anything out of them, I was just letting them know they had made a mistake. The secretary was very sweet and soft spoken, but I could hear her boss fully yelling in the background. He then grabbed the phone from her and started directly yelling at me. Just for simply telling the secretary that they forgot to bring something. He was yelling about how they're professionals and they know best. Okay, but they offered that chemical. That was what I had picked. That was their bad. I didn't deserve to get yelled at the way I did. The exterminators also came into my home with dirty boots that muddied my floors and dirty GLOVES. They grabbed onto my mattress with those filthy gloves and ruined my brand-new mattress protector. I would think it's common sense to not grab a client's things with filthy, muddy gloves. Guess not. All in all, the service was terrible.

Sean was very knowledgeable about the job and took his time to explain the process to me. He did a thorough inspection of my apartment and identified the problem areas and knew where to attack the issue. I highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again !
