Hussein followed up with Noah's appointment once the dryer parts were delivered. He appeared to be upset that he had to come here. He questioned why Noah ordered the blower, after hearing the noise. Yet he installed it. He also mentioned that my lint catcher was generic and not the one for my dryer and why Noah ordered that one. That was no reason to give me an attitude. He stated that the lint trap that I had previously doesn't fit. Why wouldn't he order a lint trap to fit the generic catcher. Instead he put gray duct tape on both sides and said that should work. Well it didn't and I couldn't believe he'd do something so stupid. After I washed 2 loads of clothes the lint trap wasn't catching any lint so I think it may cause me to have more problems. I think SEARS should order a lint trap to fit my now GENERIC catcher instead of rigging it with duct tape. As you can see, mine are curved on the end not even. You can see how it stick up out of the slot. He didn't even have me sign anything. I had tobask him to clean up his mess before he left. I hope he never comes back.

Preventative maintenance on heating/air conditioning system prior to winter. Technician, Collin, arrived early. Collin was professional and knowledgeable. No issues found but outside unit very dirty even with us cleaning the outside about a month ago. Needed professional cleaning from inside out. Price was very affordable. Technician did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Harold was great, on time. Kept me informed and efficient this was the 3rd attempt the first guy did not diagnose correctly. 2nd attempt Harold came out and did diagnose correctly however the part had to be ordered.3rd visit the oven finally fixed. Maybe you should have common parts avail so cyst don’t have to go a month without the appliance.

Tyler the technician was excellent. Discussed everything he was checking for. Listened to all my inputs and troubleshot accordingly. Friendly and a great representative of your company.. Tell him thank you again.

I needed help with our AC and our warranty assigned the job to Sears. Our technician, Joshua, was by far the very best contractor we’ve ever had do work on our property…..he was on time, great communication, extremely professional and just a super nice guy. Take care of him Sears because he is a gem in your industry!

Robert was so professional and full of knowledge when repairing the oven in my home. He was very detail oriented and explained everything very well. He was also so nice and respectful.

Alberto was incredible! He was punctual, polite, informative & so helpful in assessing & explaining any issues. He is extremely experienced & knowledgeable and I hope you realize what a great asset he is to Sears! I was extremely frustrated dealing with your AI robots, phone queues and not being able actually speak with a human but he quickly made up for your company’s customer service faults! I would give him 10 stars if possible. He is exactly the type of tech that made Sears great back in the day. Please hire more Alberto’s and less AI robots!
