It was the day after Thanksgiving and my sink and garbage disposal were backing up.I thought I wouldn’t be able to get someone to come out that day without charging mega bucks. I was surprised at the rapid response from Rooter Hero. Customer Service was cordial and attentive. Tech Nate Romero was timely and efficient. He was very pleasant, Informative and professional.
