Service Plus Plumbing

We needed our main water line replaced and got quotes from 4 companies. While Service Plus wasn't the lowest bid, I felt confident they would do the highest quality work. During the estimate process, Landon took the time to inspect the work area and discuss pros and cons of optional modifications to the project. We are so pleased with his attention to detail. As a routine part of this process, holes were dug in the yard. I think our yard actually looked nicer after he meticulous filled in the holes!! Our replacement shut-off is located in the laundry room, where we aren't too worried about appearances, but it actually looks fantastic! If we need plumbing services in the future, we will go with Service Plus!!

Landon gave top notch service. We had a leak in our water mains for the past few weeks. Due to the leak being in a troublesome area, other plumbers give us very expensive quotes with services that were unnecessary to patch a simple leak. Landon picked up our call at 10PM and was over the next afternoon, looked at the situation and we had water back up and running within a few hours. Cannot be more happy with the professionalism. We will definitely come back again whenever we have an issue. Thanks so much!

Wonderful people to work with, Landon was very competent and through in giving his initial evaluation and estimate. Chris and Joel where affable and hard working men. Service plus plumbing's quote for my home's repiping was *HALF* the quote their competitor gave, and it was money well spent - peace of mind from having my water up to code is immense. 5/5 - would definitely recommend Service plus Plumbing.

I’ll start this off by saying I didn’t end up going with Landon’s (Service Plus) quote for a repipe of my house but I did end up regretting it. Landon’s price for a repipe was a bit more than another companies so I went with the cheaper option. The cheaper option ended up costing about the same as Landon’s because there were items they left out in their bid that Landon caught on my initial bid. The company I went with didn’t have a game plan for my irrigation check valve, testing my irrigation check valve (that is required at inspection), or if I had asbestos (I did) in my drywall. Landon had quoted me all of those items ahead of time and had a game plan for all the items that may arise. This lead to a higher quote which caused a bit of sticker shock. I ended up needing all the potential items anyway and that created a much more stressful and time consuming repipe. Even after I didn’t go with his quote, Landon still offered me his contact for abatement services that I needed (the repipe company I went with didn’t have any contacts) and saved me a lot of stress, time, and money. If your repipe quote is higher from Service Plus, it’s probably for a good reason so I encourage you to fully weigh your options before automatically going with the lowest bid. I will be reaching out to service plus with future plumbing needs. *I should add a disclaimer that the company and crew that did do my repipe did a fantastic job on the actual work. It was just the quoting and office side that created headaches.

The technician was very friendly and arrived on time but almost instantly went into political talk. Luckily, I was on the same page as he was, but I still found it very off-putting and unprofessional to start taking politics. Overall I feel like I was greatly overcharged. I had an open wall section in my garage (no drywall) with an exposed pex pipe going to a hose bib that needed a fitting added to relieve stress on the pipe. There was a shut off about 5ft away that was very accessible. The existing hose bib was brand new, but the tech replaced it with a different one that I did not ask to replace. I only wanted a fitting added behind it to include an elbow or two to relieve stress. I was charged close to $400 for this alone. The new hose bib is installed crooked. Secondly, I had a gas line I wanted capped off in the garage as well. There was very easy and open access to this line. This was an additional $350. In total, the tech was at my house for about an hour for both repairs combined and my bill was over $730. Perhaps I misread the estimate he showed me on his tablet because I had asked for multiple estimates for a few other things, but I thought it was going to be $388 for the two repairs. I can't really say I'm happy with the work as the hose bib is crooked and feel like I got gouged. Get a second or third opinion before choosing this company.

The gentlemen at Service Plus did an excellent job with all the work they have done in my home. Their quote was comparable to another company, but they did more repairs, replacements, and side quests when things didn’t go to plan and were not originally included in the price without charging extra. They also cleaned up after themselves and left almost no trace behind except for the perfectly functioning plumbing.

Service Plus Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us. I was not in a hurry so I got 3 bids. Service Plus had a fair price and explained my options clearly. They were quick to schedule once I decided to to go with them. The work was completed in a professional manner and very timely. Everything is working great.
