I cannot say enough fantastic things about Ken and his team at Service Tech! Ken gave me an estimate on Friday to install an EV charger in my home. On the day of installation Ken called to discuss additional options that would save me a large sum of money down the road should I end up with a different charger. I cannot tell you how much i appreciated Ken’s knowledge to help me plan for the future. Ian was the technician assigned to the job and he called to give me an estimated arrival time so I could have my dog’s corralled. Ian was prompt and had me show him various parts of the home and he immediately started the job. Ian was respectful of my home and cleaned up all warhead where he worked. Two days after my estimate, my EV charger was installed along with a full home surge protector. My electrical box was clearly marked so I know where the EV charger was added. The knowledge of the Service Tech team is top notch!! I will definitely refer my family and friends for any of their electrical needs plus utilize them again if needed. Their level of professionalism and communication sets them apart. Thank you again Ken and Ian!!

Ken and his crew did an amazing job on my electrical projects including a service upgrade with disconnect, Generator switch, added power and wired my entire my pole barn from scratch! Added several dedicate circuits, a whole home surge protector. Lighting you name it. I called Ken, next day he was out for an estimate, and started on my job right away. I will say the Service Tech guys are some work horses, they started early and stayed late until everything was finished! Seriously some of the best customer service ive encountered. Ken was very easy to get ahold of answered all my questions always answered his phone and kept me informed every step of the way. I can't say enough about Service Tech Electric a pleasure to work with I HIGHLY recommend them. And will definitely be calling Ken in the future for any of my electrical needs.

AMAZING service. Had to call on a Friday evening for emergency service, Ken was in constant contact with me for a few hours Friday evening trying to trouble shoot and try to figure out situation. They came out Saturday afternoon to visual diagnosis the issue, we had a very very bad panel with corroded wires and some signs of scorched wires, the whole panel needed to be replaced, they also discovered our hook up for our generator was incorrectly and dangerously wired. They asked if they could stay as late as needed to complete the job which they ended up stay until after 5 am to complete and get power restored for us. These guys were the most respectful, hardworking indivuals I have had pleasure of doing business with. During the entire process they would show us the issues and explain to us everything going on. Totally above and beyond service while keeping a strong focus on safety for others, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, I will be referring everyone I can to them. As for cost I believe they were very fair on pricing especially given that it was a weekend. Honest, hardworking individuals who were respectful and willing to answer any and all questions. They worked so hard (non-stop) for over 12 hours and not once did we hear complaints, I just can't give them enough praise, if you want a honest, high quality, safety conscious, respectful company this is the company you want to hire. Ken is very knowledgeable about all things electrical! He helped us rewire our home, new outlets, light switches, upgraded our electrical panel to 200amps, all new grounding inside and outside our home, and helped test other electrical issues we were having in other parts of the home. He spent a lot of time making sure we got what we wanted. Thank you!

I had 7 receptacles in different rooms not working in my house and Ken came and figured out the problem and had the wires and receptacles fixed within an hour or so. Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable and thorough. I will recommend and use him for any electrical needs in the future!

We had a very old panel in our house that nearly caught fire and knocked out our well. Ken came and looked at the panel to give us a quote to replace it. He found out we were without water and scheduled the change out for the next day. He did an emergency panel replacement at a very reasonable cost. It was a complex change due to the age of the panel and wiring but Ken powered through and had us up and running by evening. A great big thank you from my family and I. Service tech is our new go to and will be who I recommend to everyone going forward. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed. EJS

We called Service Tech Electric to look at a light fixture that stopped working. Ken returned my call quickly and was in our home less than 24 hours from my initial call. During our service call, Ken did a great job educating us on product options, safety and code standards. Ken installed a GFCI and a stack switch. We will definitely contact STE for future electrical projects.
