Service Master, specifically Fazel was amazing! I had contacted another company first but Fazel was able to get there hours before the other company. I was very upset about the damage done to my home and when Fazel arrived he could not have been more empathetic and kind. Him and his team were all were very efficient and got the job done quickly while still answering all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Service Master to anyone dealing with a major flood in their home!

I came across ServiceMaster when the toilet in our master bathroom leaked and water penetrated the underlying wood panel surrounding the toilet all the way down to a small section of our kitchen ceiling. I can say I had nothing but a highly satisfying experience with Fazel and his team. Fazel took my call the same day the water damage happened and came to our home within just a couple of hours of the incident happening to assess the damage. Within just 48 hours, he sent out one of his guys, Ross, to start the dry down process. Ross did a fantastic job—he ripped out the tiles in our bathroom in a way that contained all the dust to the perimeter around our bathroom so no cleaning had to be done afterwards. The floor in our bathroom as well as our kitchen ceiling are now dry and our bathroom is now ready for reconstruction. Because of Fazel’s promptness and his immediate call to action, our home has not sustained any permanent damage. Husband and I were really impressed with Fazel and his team’s level of professionalism, competence, and dedication to providing customer-centered service.

Service Master has done another excellent job in my home! Every time I have called on them I have been impressed with their work! When I called about mold in my shower they expertly cleaned the area and built a containment to prevent mold spores from spreading through my house. They are prompt, professional, and thorough! I had a great experience with ServiceMaster. They did a fantastic job drying out and mold removal from a water leak. The two men, Ross and Arman were very professional. They did an excellent job with set-up and cleaning up. They protected my floors and put in temporary locks to my outdoor closet doors to help keep intruders away while under construction. I had an excellent experience from start to finish with ServiceMaster Restoration by Spotless. They are true to their name "Spotless". We couldn’t be more pleased with Fazel and his team Isaiah, Arman, and Ross for their extreme professionalism, genuine concern, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Fazel took the time to explain everything accurately in detail up front, and was very patient and respectful. Also, upon learning of my wife’s hypersensitivity to mold he even went beyond the normal containment requirements for us. They did an excellent job with two mold containment set-ups to keep any spores from getting into the rest of our home, which was most important to us. They even cleaned the whole traffic area where they were going to use and work BEFORE they put down protective paper. My house smelled awesome from their custom cleanser 15min after they got here. The entire project was completed quickly with no missed days or delays. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday to get it done faster for us. Everything went exactly as Fazel said it would, and the same 3 very courteous and hardworking guys Isaiah, Arman, and Ross were there each day. I can't say enough about how nice these guys were. And they were all very knowledgeable and honest. It didn’t matter which one I asked when I had a question because they all had the answers. (There were no less experienced guys hanging around not knowing what the lead guy knows, which I have learned before from experience is very common and extremely frustrating when dealing with other restoration companies.) Fazel and his team made the whole process less stressful and they were a pleasure to work with! He was also always willing to take the time to discuss things patiently when I had questions or concerns. His team treated us and our home with respect, and they did everything exactly as they promised. They really care a lot about their customers.
