SERVPRO of Downtown Honolulu/Team Maras

Servpro has been great so far with Billy the operations manner calling me back at 3:30am to reassure me that he will send a crew out to assess roof and fence damage 1st thing in am. When a disaster happens in the middle of the night and you are freaked out, it is invaluable to have a reassuring, friendly person to walk you through next steps. Billy followed up with multiple phonecalls in the morning, to give headsup on the multidisciplinary crew that would be showing up to assess the scope of work. He also followed up throughout the day to ensure that priority work was done to prevent further damage. Great experience so far. Thank you so much for your support during my time of crisis.

Tyrone set up the dehumidifier and fans quickly and even taped down the cords so I wouldn't trip on them. He offered courteous and excellent service. Positive experience with ServPro and Tyrone!

Allan from Servpro did an excellent job helping dry out my home after a flood. He was professional, quick, and kept me informed the whole time. Really appreciate his work—highly recommend him!

My experience with Servpro has been really awesome, they have been reliable and very enjoyable to work with. Very respectful and polite team. I am very appreciative of them taking care of us having experience water damages from our upstairs neighbors. Two of their team Jamal and Chance helped us today with the abatement of our kitchen. It was something I was a little worried about because I know little about it but they came in and explained what they were going to do, prepared their area and took care of everything. Very awesome service.

Several times we used this company for bio hazard clean up and we had Alan and Philip come and cleaned. They are thorough and very professional. We appreciate their work!

Alan & Eric were so very professional, informative, reliable throughout the whole process. We are grateful for the calls on their arrival, and so relieved that theres no more water or mold in the walls. Fast & professional action always with a smile. Unit 1E@ 1425 ward avenue. George, Elena Aio

Thank you so much to Joshua and his team! We went to check our storage unit for damage after a facility fire and did not know what to expect. Joshua kindly greeted us and informed us on what to expect throughout their process. He and his team were very professional and treated my husband and I with respect and courtesy. I'm also glad to say that they handled our belongings with care and communicated with us and were open to our comments and concerns. I did have interactions with other members of the restoration crew, and they were all very friendly and helpful. I'm so happy with the service this company provided and would highly recommend!
