Randy was great. He was very professional. He was patient while explaining the process and everything that needed to be done. I will definitely recommend Randy for your Servpro needs. Also, Amanda, she was amazing with helping me get her workers in my house and the project completed on our tight deadline.

Randy did a great job last spring (late post, sorry) of assessing our water leaks from multiple sites in 2 adjacent bathrooms. He and his team completely demo’d 2 bathrooms and were able to sufficiently dry out the areas and inspected for mold and wood rot. He respected and worked with me as a landlord ensuring that our tenant was not overly involved but still took their concerns into consideration. I would give the demo process 5 stars. But I would rate the reconstruction lower, so I am giving 4 stars. The reconstruction took an extremely long time (over 3 months) and had multiple errors and lots of miscommunication. However, I did appreciate the owner, Jason, getting involved to make things right. He might need to consider hiring a different crew for reconstruction though.

Jason, Jesus, Will, Raul, and others did an awesome job rebuilding our shower that was teared down because of a leak. They replaced flooring, baseboards and putting up new drywall. What I loved so much is that we had a different plumber (not connected to Servpro, which we should have used their guy) come to put our shower head back in, and for some reason it caused a second leak. Jason and Will fixed it for free, even though it was the plumbers mistake most likely. They did an excellent job and grateful for our beautiful remodel, even though we were not planning on it. We decided to add the niche in the shower, get our kitchen tile removed and replaced with the vinyl flooring too. We love it!

Thank you to the entire mitigation crew! Randy was phenomenal from day 1! He reassured me everything would be ok and his calm demeanor set me at ease. Chris was always available and responded immediately to all of my questions. Job well done!

Amanda revisited our office for specialty clean. She dropped off a bottle head of Tatis Junior. It was great. She has good customer service and she’s gonna revisit us for additional cleaning in the future.

Michael was very professional and responsive to our needs. We were caught by surprise by flooding and even though the entire San Diego Area was hit Michael was compassionate, he made sure we understood the best actions we could do to partner with ServePro to best mitigate the damage. Even though they had a bigger demand than anyone could service he kept in touch and delivered as promised.
