First of all, this review is for Servpro Gatz. I came home from a trip to a flooded home. I immediately called Servpro for water mitigation services. Someone came in about a hour, it was about 11 pm at this time. Looking for help as I’ve never dealt with this type of a disaster before, we were assured that all would be well. They’d get a crew and equipment here right away. About 1:30 am I got a call saying they couldn’t get a generator here and would start around 10 am the next morning. An unacceptable start when you have a home that’s flooded. I had to get a generator here and had one delivered within the hour. Something they could’ve done easily by making a few phone calls. They promised me that they would get my wooden furniture off the standing water and onto blocks. They never did that. They also promised that they would plug the refrigerators in so we wouldn’t lose all of the contents. They never did that either. They brought over 5 machines, small ones that were the wrong size I learned later, 2 of them didn’t work. After questioning the project manager he said that they needed additional equipment and was sorry that these weren’t working. I asked him why the furniture wasn’t on blocks or why the refrigerators weren’t plugged in and he stated, we don’t want to be responsible for the refrigerators and we were planning on waiting to pack out because that would be easier. After 4 days of a terrible experience I fired them and brought in a new restoration company who immediately had the right size and number of dehumidifiers. The difference in knowledge and action was truly night and day. I would be very careful if you have an emergency and I would never consider hiring this company. It was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had when I needed help most. Here’s some photos of what I was dealing with. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

Malibu Fires Servpro staff was great I first received a call from Joshua telling me about the service they could do to restore my home, all the surrounding houses had been burnt to the ground. Joshua explain the process and was working with my insurance company State Farm he did a great job. Servpro came in with a experience team and cleaned our house from head to toe. I also want to thank Julie who headed up the clean up team, she was great to work with. The owner of the company Mark came to my house and reviewed the process it all turned out 110% satisfied.

I would like to thank the SERPRO team of Gilbert for all of their time, dedication and support in assisting me with an evaluation and assessment of what needed to be done at my home that had water damage. Sean and Jose were outstanding with their time and knowledge in forming a plan about what needed to be completed in order for my team to make an informed decision as to what direction to take. In addition, Rosie Flores, the office manager, went above and beyond in answering phone calls and texts, even during her off hours, to keep me informed of the progress…..very much appreciated. This SERVPRO is fortunate to have dedicated employees like Sean, Jose and Rosie that make a difference in the lives of their customers. I would definitely recommend this SERVPRO office for all of your home and business repair needs.

I had severe storm damage to my house in August. The damage to my roof made my living and dining rooms completely unlivable. ServPro’s mitigation crews came several times to take care of everything involved. My heart-filled thanks go out to Ruben, Valdo, Gavin, Fernando, Caren, George and Jair! They all were well-qualified, hardworking, efficient and caring. I very highly recommend them!

Worked with them for the second and they are amazing! Josh and Jason are simply the BEST! Josh worked so diligently getting my claim approved by insurance and then Jason took over as project manager and he was so wonderful to work with…such an awesome professional! We are delighted with the work and thrilled by how quickly it was completed…highly recommend

We had a garage freezer fail.The liquid got underneath the wall and into the house. My insurance company recommended Servpro. They showed up on time every day. Very professional and polite. They kept us well informed during the entire job. I highly recommend them. Dan Wolff

I would like to thank and commend Joshua Cooper at SERVPRO Gilbert, Arizona. We evacuated from the Palisades fire in January 2025. We are among the fortunate ones - our condo was standing in the midst of devastation and loss. From the first walk-through with SERVPRO in early March to our return to live in our condo again at the end of September, Joshua was always there. Answering emails, kind and clear phone calls, problem-solving for us. It went beyond the skill of a professional partner. He demonstrated sincere care for our personal wellbeing.
