Brett came out and spoke to us about a cleanup. He was professional kind caring and had a crew at my house in about an hr! Brett and the guys communicated with us throughout the process. It was nice to finally have some professional come out and take care of us. I haven't had much luck lately with service calls. I cant recommend Brett highly enough he got us through a very difficult time. You should be proud to have Brett on your team

Terrible service. Save your money. My wife and I bought a new house, previous owner was a smoker. Moderate smoke residue on surfaces, but definitely not severe. At the time, we had a lot of other life events going on. We decided to pay to have the house professionally cleaned before we moved in to expedite the painting we wanted to do and take some of the stress out of all the craziness we had going on at the time. Mind you, the house was empty; so they didn't even have to work around or clean up furniture or anything like that. Walls, floors, countertops, etc. Pretty standard stuff. This was supposed to be convenient for us. It definitely wasn't. The first time they came through and "cleaned", it was surprising how unimproved the place was. We quite literally wet a rag and with a swipe or two in every room could see the grease and residue on the walls still. We call these people back, complain, and schedule them to come back out. They come back out, and the house is still not clean. I informed the guy specifically about the smoke and he ASSURED me that they would treat and clean the surfaces specifically to clean up smoke residue. As far as I can tell, we didn't get anything done, we still have to go through and clean everything up, and we are out about $1700 (more than they originally quoted us. I'm beyond disgusted, there was absolutely nothing professional about the service we received, I'm extremely unimpressed.

Starting with people on the phone, my experience with ServPro, my first, has been exceptional. I wanted to particularly call out the young men who have come out multiple times now to bring, take back, bring, and then come back to enhance the flighted part of my basement. They were all wonderful communication people, let me know they were coming in advance and we’re in and out very quickly. Congratulations on your hiring. My son works for TruGreen in Colorado and I think is probably the same age as some of your guys and I know how much customer service is important with any job in a house.

Great teams led by Nick, Seth, Jonathan, Bryce, Sean and Conner. Having Sherry’s speedy professional follow up helped to create a smooth process. After several jobs, communication and exceptional follow through I love these guys. They are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Their patience with me and my disabilities is exceptional. My service dog thought they were great, too!

Seth and his crew Reyes, Pablo, and Ethan did an outstanding job. Communication and clean up exceeded my expectations. They really went above and beyond and helped make an unpleasant experience much easier to handle. Thanks again. Don’t waste time with other companies. These guys do it right!!

Eric was the the manager of our fuel oil spill project. He did an excellant job comunicating with us on what was going to happen, gave us an estimate, which came in under the quote. The crew did excellant work, the area they worked on was in better condition when they finished than it was prior to the fuel oil spill. They aired out the entire basement, which turned out to have no fuel oil smell when completed. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone and we will definately use them again if needed. THANK YOU SERVPRO.

A quarter of our home flooded due to a faulty washing machine. Within 35 minutes of my call to ServPro their crew and equipment were at our home. They were also highly recommended by our homeowners insurance agent and our HOA. Because of Joe and Eric and their team (including Seth and others) we saved thousands of dollars on damages.
