We had a wonderful experience using Servpro for our recent flood in our kitchen. They are very professional and very thorough! From the minute our insurance company notified them regarding our flood, they contacted us so quickly, sent inspector to our house for inspection of the damages and all problems. Once the inspection was completed, another member quickly called me and stopped by my house to start inspection for packing out all our furniture in order to make the affected areas be ready for repairs. The pack out team was very very professional and hard working team! They packed everything with such a great care to ensure nothing is damaged or broken. They were very fast and reliable and most importantly they were very pleasant to work with!
