SERVPRO of North Vista/San Marcos

I chose Servpro for remediation and restoration after a dishwasher leak. I chose them because of their conservative approach as to what had to be ripped out and replaced. Remediation for water damage and mold is very messy and disruptive. However, I was very pleased with the end result. Allen and his crew took great care in protecting my flooring, furnishings, and possessions during the demolition of cabinetry and drywall. Omar and his team did a fantastic job installing the drywall and rebuilding the cabinetry, finding matching materials, stains, etc. He’s very resourceful. I was skeptical that things could be matched, but it turned out great. I have a better cabinet under the kitchen sink now and all the drawers work better than they did beforehand! Sam, the project manager, was very easy to work with and very responsive in addressing all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I’m glad I went with Servpro. I had a horrible experience with another restoration company 5 years ago.

This is the most effective and amazing company that I have dealt with in a long time. Bobby Desisto crew was very meticulous in removing all the water damage walls, flooring. Their state-of-the-art equipment detected all the moisture and set up the dehumidifier and blowers to run for 3 days. They took great care in packaging all our sensitive crystals. Their TV commercial says it all: "It was as if they were never here". I am 100% satisfied and hope I never get to use them again, but if I do, their number is on my favorites. Job well done! The only recommendation I have is to please hire a Veteran as your company is a perfect fit for them.

While this might be gross, this Servpro had to do a trauma clean up when my mom passed away. Bobby handled this delicate situation with professionalism throughout the whole process. He was very courteous with the items that he could salvage that were of sentimental value. He was very responsive to calls and texts and gave me daily updates with realistic timeframes. The process with my insurance was incredibly drawn out and Servpro patiently waited until the money was available. Specifically Felicia and Patti had their patience tested and they simply asked for updates when the bank would be sending payment. The whole team did great and these three handled this unique situation in a very caring way. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

The ServePro crew was extremely professional, thorough, and organized. They did a wonderful job when our house flooded and I am so grateful for their excellent service. Carla Sosa, Roberto Ramirez, and Saul Bustos would all get 10 starts if that was an option!

Excellent work from start to finish. Had to repair ceiling in our master bedroom due to plumbing leak in the attic. Work was done very professionally and on time, everything was restored to the original condition and actually my ceiling looks now better than before.

SERVPRO Customer Service is Outstanding. They have the best water damage, clean up, and restoration services. Their attention to the customer needs is great. Consumate professionals. I would be remiss if I didn't mention a few employees who went above and beyond in the areas of customer service and attention to details: Individuals deserving special recognition are Fernando Torales, Production Manager, Brittany Renaldo, Reconstruction Project Manager, Dereyk Callahan, Reconstruction Estimator, Tile setters and Marcos who is an all around Outstanding Technician.
