Dave S at SERVPRO PEWAUKEE and his team of Gavin and Mike were top-notch in dealing with a water problem in our condo. Upstairs neighbor flooded their laundry room and water was pouring through our light fixtures. Not good! Dave was out inspecting the damage before the water even stopped flowing. The rest of the team arrived later that day to assess damage and formulate a plan to demo and restore. They kept a clean area the entire time, minimizing disruption to our daily lives. Returned it to better than previous condition. Would definitely recommend!

We did not end up using serv pro for our situation and its circumstances but thought I’d review anyways. Tony the estimator was very professional and took time to explain how everything would work. It was our first time needing any kind of restoration. Very responsive and kind. I have no doubt the rest of their team would be the same way.

Had some flooding issues in my basement and was able to get in contact with Servpro in the middle of the night. Tony was at my house within the day to assess and set up a crew to come in and dry out our basement. A slight miscommunication on cost was ironed out quickly with Ryan and I'm grateful for their transparency and willingness to communicate. A stressful situation was made less stressful because of the folks at Servpro and I'm thankful for them!
