SERVPRO of Saline County

I had the best experience with ServPro Saline County. Lacey came to my rescue at midnight when our kitchen sink had gotten water everywhere. Casey and Cody came out the next day and following to make sure I was all taken care of. Jon was a great help along with all the calls/texts to check on us. Very efficient work, reliable service and great people all around.

I could not be more impressed by and appreciative of the team of people that encompass this company. First class across the board. My sincere apologies for remembering so few names. Rhashade was extremely helpful and accommodating while providing clear, effective communication. I'm very appreciative of him and the entire team. I cannot recommend utilizing this company's services enough.

Nothing prepares you for the devastation of your home caused by a broken water line. Nor the shock of seeing your home literally torn apart to assess the damage in order to begin the reconstruction process. I feel very fortunate that I had the ServPro team assigned to my repair. Seeing first hand the incredible work ethic and professionalism shown by Rhashade, Clay and Tyler during demo and the drying out stage of the project really helped lower my anxiety level tremendously. All three worked hard and fast and showed respect for my home and belongings. They always arrived promptly and were ready to work! Clay discovered a hidden water issue during demo and brought it to our attention to avoid another potential problem. They work very well together and clean up as they go. I feel very fortunate that this ServPro team was the one coming to the rescue.

Trigger alert- post is about cleaning crew. Things I am thankful for them doing may be too hard to read about. I want to give the biggest shout out to the cleaning crew, Cody and Rhashade. Thank you so much for letting me tell my stories. Thank you for doing the job you do so families don't have to. Thank you for acknowledging that I need to be here for closure purposes. Thank you for telling me how awesome my son's Pokémon collection is. Thank you for telling me the steps of what you are doing and the game plan to continue. Thank you for being honest in how long this process is going to take. Thank you for stating things that you can save if I want and being honest it what you can't save. Thank you for bringing boxes down as you do them. Including the boxes of MY things that he promised he would remember to bring back down. Thank you for painstakingly checking his most prized possessions. Having the box full of all the animal toys I bought him, his name blocks we made, and the Angel figure I got him when his Nana passed have helped. He displayed those things proudly and it always warmed my heart seeing things I bought him on the shelf his displayed his most prized "treasures" on. Thank you for the genuine sadness and support when you let me know his suit and tie could not be saved. Thank you for understanding when the most painful screams and cries escape my lips and I clinch my heart in pain. You just calmly and peacefully wait til I catch my breath and never make me feel like I am slowing you down. Thank you for not batting an eye at the fact that I have worn the same dress for days. Stained with tears. Just Thank you.

I would NEVER recommend Servpro to anyone. To many issues to list beginning from the time they came out and quoted us a bid then when they came out to start cleanup they tried making us sign a contract for several thousand dollars more than what they told us it would be. The workers showed up around 10 AM would leave Togo on lunch for an hour around 12 then return and cook steaks on their portable grill, then leave at 3 PM. Below you can see some of the pictures where they said they were done and it was clean VS after I went behind them with just a wet rag. Even when their supervisor came out and we showed him the differences his only reply was you can cover that with paint. Really? After their "cleaning" and paying them for absolutely nothing we had to go behind them and do the job ourselves. We spent weeks, lots of cleaning products and time to get this done right. Ridiculous.

SERVPRO sent Matt and Casey to our home following a water leak resulting iin 2 inch plus water intrusion. Matt and Casey were quick to respond and were knowledgable about what action should be taken to remove the water and prevent further damage. Their gunuine concern and professionalism reassured us that this matter was under control, and prepared us for what would happen next. Matt and Casey communicated effectively with their office and with our insurance adjusters ensuring the process of clean-up and action would go smoothly. Matt and Casey worked long hours and stayed late to install and make sure that the water removal was being maximized with the many fans, dehumidfiers, and other equipment they brought. They followed up daily with us by visits and calls to make sure all was going well. The equipment from SERVPRO was state of art and worked effeciently. Thanks to Matt and Casey from SERVPRO for making this process of water removal smooth. They saved us from lots more water or even mold damage because of their quick response. Your customer service was amazing. I would recommend SERVPRO and Matt and Casey to any one!
