SERVPRO of Stillwater, Oakdale, Mahtomedi

Serve Pro was quick to come out to my house when I had a pipe break issue to do clean up for me. Robert was super patient with me trying to work while he came and having my son answer questions for him for the most part and when it needed to be me, waiting until I could take a quick break from work. He was also so courteous and took time to answer questions that I had and explain things more when I needed him too. He did an excellent job with the clean up. Noah came to check on the status of the drying out of the floors and ceilings and to pick up the equipment and he was also so courteous and wonderful at explaining things and did a great job. In communications that I have had with the office staff, especially Heather and Pam, they have also been so helpful and courteous and went above and beyond with sending me emails to help me out with my questions and getting things taken care of. I would recomment Serve Pro without any hesitation.

Each person that I have met from this Servpro has been professional, courteous, and helpful. The two guys that cleaned items after a small, but sootty, fire were careful and respectful of my belongings and of me. I truly did not expect them to do as much as they did to ensure that the room is ready for the next steps of remediation. Trust seems to be an increasingly rare commodity. This team has earned my trust.

We had scheduled, what I considered, a difficult cleaning job at my brother's apartment in Oakdale. From the start, when I initially called SERVPRO for information gathering, everyone was so kind and respectful of my situation. I can not emphasize how much that meant to me as they met my every need and put me at ease during this time. The techs who were assigned to this job were professional, knowledgeable, and also helpful to my partner with assisting him in removing some of my brother's personal items, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning under the circumstances (my brother passed away unexpectedly before the scheduled cleaning service). Thank you all very much at SERVPRO who were involved with this job; Maija, Jared, and techs Cody and partner.

We were having a wool rug cleaned professionally and I called the furniture store for a recommendation and they gave us the name and number for Servpro and I’m so glad they did! We were on a tight timeline and when scheduling became difficult, the manager - Steve stepped up and took care of it himself. We could not have been more pleased with his prompt and professional service, even picking up and delivering the rug back to our home. Highly recommend this company for whatever your cleaning or restoration needs are.

The team at ServPro did a great job with water removal and water damage cleanup in my finished basement that was a result of a sump pump overflow. They were very accommodating and made time to come out to my house right away after I spoke to them and within less than a weeks time was able to completed everything I needed. Thank you again to Steve and your team, Matt and the other 3 gentleman on the team who came out to my house that I’m having trouble recalling names. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of water cleanup and removal!

When you are totally stressed out about your home having damage, the best thing you can find is a business like this. They were wonderful from start to finish, helping us understand not only their processes, but working with our adjuster, and walking us through the dense insurance claim language. They showed up exactly as scheduled, got the work done a day faster than expected. Their crews were professional and friendly and we felt totally confident letting them access and work in our home even when we could not be there. The whole thing was managed by Steve (Production Mgr) who was calm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Really a 5-star operation!!

We had a kitchen fire that made it uninhabitable. Steve and the crew were nothing but amazing and helpful through this terrible experience. They answered all my millions of questions professionally and with empathy. I recommend them 100% to everyone and we are beyond blessed they could help us. Big props to the crew that cleaned and demoed our house.
