We had Shinglesmith replace our roof in Franklin, TN. after the crazy hail storms in May. They gave me a free drone inspection report that was, quite honestly, detailed for a free report, IMO. Brandon (the GM I dealt with most) was extremely professional and so helpful and kind with the entire process - even helping with the insurance piece. Bobby (the owner) did thorough follow ups during and after the job was done to check in. Bobby suggested some trims that I was hesitant about but ran with his suggestions because I could just tell he knew what he was talking about. And he was absolutely spot on with what he told me I should do for the best result. It looked amazing. If you want quality work and a very responsive and friendly team of people, contact them.
