Unbelievably unprofessional. Instead of showing up at the scheduled 10:00 a.m., he decided to roll in at 7:00 a.m.—because who wouldn’t love a surprise wake-up call at a major apartment complex? Clearly, tenants’ time and comfort come second to making sure his workday ends early. Lucky us, we got the 7 a.m. "special."
Had a leak going from a toilet through to my garage ceiling. Was able to get an appointment with Benito within 48 hours and he was able to fix the problem in about half an hour and cost was reasonable and fair. Friendly and gets the job done!
Excellent experience! Arrived early and stayed until the work was done. Pipes and water heater replaced. Benito is very professional and personable. He explained everything that was needed to do the job. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. We will definitely be using him again!
