Yikes. Unsure HOW Snyder's has good reviews. Dave Snyder/the company cost us over $30K. They incorrectly installed an AC unit in 2021. Every summer since we have had MOLD. They oversized the unit (AKA did not take measurements to ensure accuracy) and they cut a hole into the ductwork (I think it's called a cheat grate) which caused incredible static pressure issues. So a $8,670 unit/install in 2021 had to be pitched in 2025. Terrible. What's more, when I raised my concerns I was completely dismissed in 2021 (I have documentation). And after copious dollars spent to try to fix the issue (from credible companies) the answer was to strip the unit and do it correctly. Mold issues, static pressure issues, condensation, etc. Just a train wreck. No issues now that we had it replaced and it's not oversized (used a different company, obviously). I should also mention they were clueless about our complicated radiant heat system. We burned a ton of cash trying to fix it with Snyder's and then had to hire a credible company to get it right. Lit (a lot of) money on fire. RUN AWAY! (Photo is of one vent -- ALL vents had mold. I had to get my soft duct replaced too. INCREDIBLY UPSETTING.)

My hot water heater began leaking over a weekend. I started calling plumbers on Monday morning and couldn't get anyone to commit to same day service. It was around noon on Monday when I spoke to Snyder's and explained the situation. I knew it was later in the day but still asked if there was any way that I could get one installed same day. Jon in their office said I could, but that all their plumbers were already on jobs and depending on how late in the day their plumber arrived at my hours it might cost more for an "after hours" rate. At this point my kids and I were so desperate for a shower I told him that the after hour charge was fine. About 2 hours later Thomas showed up with a new tank. He said that he finished a job early and wanted to try and get my tank installed before the "after hours" rate kicked in! I was so appreciative! Jon was understanding and sympathetic in their office and Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly during the installation. I would certainly use Snyder's Plumbing again.

Andrew helped with installation of new bathroom vanities, some poorly seated toilets, and also some water lines to my washer that needed dampeners on them. All the work was done professionally and quickly. He always left a clean area. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He also helped me discover the source of a smell in my bathroom which was coming from a poorly seated toilet and also some dead mice in the walls. I will definitely reach out to Snyder's for any future plumbing work.

Great experience, took time to talk and explain all options. Installer was professional and knowledgeable. Would hire Snyders for future projects.

We had a small leak at the kitchen sink under the cabinet. We were able to obtain an appointment for the next day. The tech was very prompt and was able to rectify the issue in a short period of time. The tech was personable, knowledgeable and explained the repair. We continue to use Snyder's Plumbing for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Snyder's Plumbing replaced my Furnace and Air Conditioning units and did an exceptional job. The job was done efficiently and with great coordination by the Snyder's Plumbing staff. Thanks for the rapid response and job that was done with excellence.

Snyder’s was recommended to me by Andrew of Good Faith plumbing. The plumber Bailey did an excellent job. He was thorough, efficient, and friendly. Best of all they are incredibly affordable compared to all the big names out there. 10/10. Would absolutely use them again.
