He confirmed the appointment ahead of time and did a thorough walkthrough of the property, explaining exactly what needed to be addressed. Professional and reliable — highly recommended!

I’ve had cockroaches and mice for a months and the landlord sent someone out to spray but only for the cockroaches with no results. Sockem came out and they were gone the same day without damaging anything. Friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Jermaine did a wonderful job, he was thorough and on time. He took time to explain all that he found and provided recommendations. Also, he was very honest when I asked about follow up services needed. This is a rarity as some companies recommend extra things to make more money. The price and service were great.
