I built my "dream garage" last year and had many ideas on what type of floor finish I wanted. There are so many options, and I needed some advice. I called Southeastern Sealing, told them I was a do-it-yourself guy, and asked what they would recommend. Michael met me in person at their business and suggested a Lithium based concrete hardener/sealer. It was a simple process: spray a light coat on the concrete and spread it with a terry cloth mop. My concrete is beautiful; everyone notices it immediately. It looks slick but is not, and spills clean up easily. If you want a natural concrete look and easy application, I recommend Lithium concrete hardener/sealer from Michael and the guys at Southeastern Sealing.

I've painted lines on warehouse floors on special occasion for Southeast Sealing over the past forty years. They've always had the floors ready for me when promised, and pressed to make sure that I completed my work on schedule. Very good family owned company to do business with.
