Staas Plumbing Company

We've been calling on Staas Plumbing for years for the usual reasons (clogged drains, toilet issues, etc.) and have always appreciated how quickly they resolve these issues. But when we needed to replace the drain line that ran from the middle of our house, this is where their expertise really helped us out. They got us in touch with Nick at 254 Tunnel (left a 5-star review for this company, as well) to tunnel under the foundation instead of jackhammering through our house. They did their best to minimize the damage under our kitchen sink and shower while replacing the drain line quickly and efficiently. We will definitely continue calling on them for any future issues.

Can a plumbing company bring you joy? Well, if your drains have been stinky for longer than you care to remember, the answer is YES. **DAVID** of the original Staas Plumbing came out and replaced all our P-traps, and now my drains smell so, so great because they have no smell at all. David is kind, skilled, and professional at what he does. We use Staas for all our plumbing; they have been out a couple of times for various things. I now wish I had had them do this work long ago. I have used Staas Plumbing for many years and most service is by David. I could not be more pleased. He does great work and is also a great guy.

I’ve been using them since I moved to Waco in 2011. Most of the time, I get the technician David. Recently he added a faucet in my backyard and fixed an old faucet in the front. Did an excellent job and left no mess and was reasonably priced. They’ve always treated me fair. They have installed a bathroom faucet, a garbage disposal, and fixed my hot water heater, saving me from having to buy a new one. I also get my yearly "gas check" from them for my gas log fireplace. They will always get my business!

I am absolutely thrilled with the work done by David. He installed a whole house water filter system for my manufactured home, and also replaced an old outside hose bibb. He helped us figure out the best spot to install the filter system, and then installed it with a smile… while being professional and efficient, at a very fair rate. And, he ticked a few boxes for me that I really appreciated: he arrived on time, he thoroughly tested everything, he cleaned up the mess, and he made sure we were happy with results. I highly recommend Staas Plumbing!

Stopped by earlier today, and was very impressed. Everyone needs a plumber, but not every plumbing company has people who are after more than just a payday. I could easily tell that these guys care deeply about their business, and people like that ALWAYS do right by their customers. Highly recommended in my book!

I have to admit Staas was not the first plumber I called for the leak. They are, however, the Rockstars because they found the leak after two other plumbing companies were unable to find it! Then they fixed it, and in three hours done and done! Thanks guys!
