Strada Services

I bought a home from Ryan homes. They use strada as an electrician contractor. The light switch in the master bedroom was installed quite far from the door. It needed to be moved. I waited since november 2024. Today Sean the eletrician a real nice guy came in to move the switch. After looking at the switch he called his Supervisor Anil. This guy wanted to put an aditional plate on the wall to save time. They did it wrong to begin with. Anyway he was not happy to do it the right way as per the plan of this house. Anil stormed out of the house calling me a moron in front of other employees and my wife. He is the worst unprofessional person. So far every other person from Ryan homes. strada and other sub contractors were very professional. I do not want this Anil guy anywhere near my home again. He has no people skills and really rude. Very unhappy.

I just had a recent meeting with Christopher M Beasley Dude was great. Showed up and got to work and got it all done. Sham is freakin dope. Caught a leak and fixed it. Now the house is cooling down.

We had 2 techs come in our home. Andy Diaz and Hector both super guys. They worked together in each room installing fans and both worked together installing outdoor lighting and a ring camera. They worked the entire day without a break. So polite and cleaned up after. Both hard working guys. They deserve more than a five star rating!

Julio from Strata did an excellent job servicing our air conditioner. Julio is very courteous, personable and very professional. Excellent knowledge of our air-conditioning system he saw there was a little issue brought it to attention made and suggestion as to what it would take to fix the issue. we took his suggestion because we were very comfortable with his ability to do the maintenance on a air conditioning unit.

Luis Vazquez was absolutely exceptional we had the worst time last night from customer support and Luis showed up today and was a breath of fresh air. He fixed everything and very quickly might I add. He was respectful,honest and informative. Thank you Luis!

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. After 2 calls to them no one showed up nor did they have the decency to call. Now I’m on hold for 8 mins waiting for a useless supervisor. I would give a negative star rating but that’s not an option. I can only do 1 star. So the supervisor Roxanna didn’t have the decency or the nerve to get on the phone. Next available is 2 days from now. These people SUCK!!! So they make a new appointment for Wednesday between 8 and 1 and can’t keep that either. I would never hire this company

Our technician Cody Thompson was very professional and great to work with. He stepped up to resolve a mix-up by their dispatch about who supplied the parts for the job. Cody ran out and got the parts needed and expeditiously installed them. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Cody!
