I called and spoke with John in the morning to have them come out to look at the chimney we want to remove. John told me he would send someone later that day, which to me is incredible to get same same-day service! Kelly came out to the house to assess what is required in order to remove the chimney from our house. Kelly is extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Everything you could want with some extra customer service on top. Jon was very quick to communicate upon initial contact. He gave clear and concise responses through our receiving the report and asking a couple follow up questions so we understood our report. When a miscommunication happened regarding the scope of the report, Jon corrected it in a head spinning less than 24 hours. The report was extremely thorough. Kelly did the inspection. Even though he didn't have to, he told us what he would be looking at, how and why. They will be my first call if I ever need an engineer again.

Calling foundation repair "companies" will definitely get you a list of things you need to do and an amount of money you need to spend. How do you know if it’s a sales tactic? Really needed? We started with those calls to companies that offer opinions on what is wrong and prices on how to fix it. After a gut check feeling, we reached out to Structural Innovations. Jon contacted us quickly and gave us options for scheduling an inspection. Jon spoke with us at the appointment and followed up quickly with a detailed report for our home with recommendations on repairs. Guess what? Those recommendations were detailed with location, type, and pictures. The recommendations also did NOT include repairs we were told to do by those previously contacted foundation repair companies.
