Our salesman Jeff Baer was amazing, very knowledgeable even about our old farmhouse foundation. And the crew that was here, were amazing! Fast, courageous and friendly. I went down to clean up after them….no clean up needed they removed the plastic that was covering our things, they swept and moved a few things so we could move around and took their garbage with them. They all deserve at least a $100 bonus. Wow great work and no clean up for me. Would definitely recommend this company for sure! Great job guys keep up the great work! Added a couple before and a couple after.

This company did a fantastic job with our home. We had water coming in from the corner of the basement. Gabe, Ricky, Dan, and Bob completely fixed my basement in a day and were great. The arrived earlier than expected and completed the job by the afternoon. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. If we have more problems down the line I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys.

Between the sales team, the prep team and the install team. Everything was very professional and well set. Everyone was very skilled at what they do and were very polite and were able to get information when questions were asked. When everything was finished Tyler Hachat from the sales team called and checked in on the how everything worked out.

The team from Summit Basement was awesome. Dave arrived first and reviewed the project so that he could start and plan the day's work. The rest of the team arrived and Dave, Tevin (supervisor) and I again went over the project, expectations, timelines, etc. They put runners down on the floor from the basement, up the stairs and out the door. They also covered items in the rooms where they cut up the floor to minimize the dust. My office is in the basement, so I saw and heard a lot of the activity. There was no "down time". They worked hard and were professional, thorough and considerate. Lastly, Tevin and Dave made recommendations that I had not discussed with the salesman including one that eliminated the need for three discharge hoses (furnace and water softener) running 10 - 40 feet to the sump pump. They installed connections to the waterproofing system so the water can drain to the sump pump through the system shortening the amount of hoses running through multiple rooms in the basement. Finally, Dave and Tevin were very patient explaining the technical components of the job to me...sometimes multiple times until I understood what they were saying/proposing. I definitely recommend this company....from Jeff the salesman, to the office team, and the crew that did the work...the whole company delivered high quality service.

Excellent, professional company to work with. The crew of Gabe, Rickey, Dan and Bob just completed an interior waterproofing job for us. What a group of hard working, professional men. They were prompt, hard working all day and got the job done when we were told it would be done. Gabe went over everything when they were done and they cleaned up well. What a process! We were amazed at all the hard work and steps that went into it. Worth every penny! Chris the owner has so much integrity. He was in contact with us from start to finish and handled everything in a courteous, professional manner. Do not hesitate to hire this company, you will not regret it. They are the best! Tevin and his crew installed 100 feet of interior drainage trench and approximately 30 feet of discharge pipe over the course of three days. They performed their tasks with notable skill and experience and accommodated my repeated visits to check-in on progress. Tevin provided me satisfactory answers to my questions and the installation went according to the quoted plan. I was pleased with the plumbing they did to navigate existing sanitary piping. I have significant experience doing plumbing work and have higher standards and I think they met my expectations. I was also happy with their daily cleanup and final site cleaning. I would recommend Tevin and his team for any similar project again.
