As far as a company Summit exteriors is a great choice meant to deal with. Mikael walked us through the steps from inspection to finish product. Mikael was always there to let us know where they were as far as when the project would start and when they expected to be done. Honesty and professionalism is what this company brings. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Summit Exteriors based on a recommendation by a friend and neighbor that had recently used their services. I was given contact information for Mikal Flores, an account manager for Summit. From my first correspondence, to the completion of my roof(s), he was very polite, professional and punctual. He was always available for any questions or concerns that I had and made sure that customer service was a top priority. I enjoyed the fact that he was easy to converse with, not only about roofing but general conversation as well. At the end of the day, the facts of how polite, professional and punctual he was, combined with the detailed work performed by Mikal and team, I would highly recommend Summit Exteriors and Mikal Flores.

Summit did a fantastic job! They were professional, courteous and had great customer service. They helped me with the insurance company and then jumped right on the project once it came through. Quality looks great. Just stood up to a massive thunderstorm the next day. Mikal and Ben were both extremely helpful and informative in particular!

Our insurance company required us to replace our roof after only 14 years. I got several quotes from local companies 5 in all which included Summit Exteriors. Summit Exteriors quote came in much lower than all the other companies, which made me a little nervous. I was concerned with the type of material or where corners were being cut to get the quote as low as it was. I spoke to Jason by phone and text several times as my wife and I had a lot of questions because we've never had to get a roof replaced on our own. Jason took the time to answer all of our questions and never once pressured us like some of the other companies. Summit Exteriors was the only company out of 5 that provided actual books to look through and was willing to bring samples to our residence for us to compare. We signed our contract with Jason and he gave us an install date . The materials were delivered during the allotted time given to me, the day prior to installation. The day of installation the crew arrived at 0630 and got to work. The crew worked their butt off and had the whole house stripped within 2 hours, I couldn't believe it. The crew had everything done and cleaned up by 5:30pm that evening. My house was a straight forward install nothing out of the ordinary and no sky lights. I highly recommend Summit Exteriors for your roofing needs. I will definitely be using them again in the near future on a second residence.
