Sunny Side Roofing

I'm extremely pleased with the work I had done through Sunny Side Roofing. They replaced my roof and upgraded it to class 3 at no additional cost to me, and it looks fantastic! Cody and Gabriel at Sunny Side were excellent to work with, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Their customer service was outstanding. They also replaced my rain gutters, stained my fence and pergola, and replaced some damaged window screens. One of the biggest benefits of using Sunny Side was the way they worked with my insurance company to help get my claim approved, which was originally denied on the first attempt, but Cody continued to provide them with the evidence of covered damages until they were in agreement and covered the claim. I really can't say enough good things about Cody and Gabriel at Sunny Side Roofing. I'm very pleased and highly recommend their services.

We worked with Sunnyside Roofing to replace the roof on one of our properties. Gabe was great at explaining how everything worked with insurance claims and at follow through to get it all done. He protected my landscape, he worked around my schedule and they cleaned up so well, you would never know they were there. The new black roof color looks so much better than the old tan color that was on it before. I highly recommend Sunny Side Roofing. Will use them again.

Cody was amazing from the beginning to end of our new roof and gutter installation. I never realized how much a roof can change the look of a home until we got ours redone. The roofers were quick and did an amazing job of cleaning up. Cody handled all the paperwork and everything with our insurance making this a smooth and easy process. Highly recommend this company if you’re needing a new roof!

First time using this company and would definitely use them again. My insurance company kept denying my coverage, but the Sunny Side Roofing personnel kept working with the adjuster and was able to come through and approved my coverage. I would highly recommend them as they are so professional and very attention to details. They finished my roof in 1 day and came back the next day to make sure everything is done properly. The clean up was great and I have no trash left over. They are very flexible with schedule and will work within your timeline. They really went above and beyond expectations. Update: 8/28/2024- For the past two years, Sunny Side Roofing has continued to take care of my needs and also replaced our roof this past summer. Every time I have storm damage, Cody is quick to respond within the same day or next. I am extremely grateful to have this team by my side. Initial Review 2/7/2022- Sean and Cody went above and beyond to repair my roof along with gutter guards and also addressed and fixed other issues as well that were observed. Will use them again in the future!

Our church Homphrakhoon Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas are so glad we've found Sunny Side Roofing Company. Our church is old and in needed of fixing. Even though we did not have a whole lot of money for fixing up, Sunny Side Roofing was willing to work us and gave us the price that met our budget. Highly recommend Cody walked up to us at the FW home show and offered to help us with our roof after a storm took a big piece off. My insurance company had denied us previously for damage Cody jumped right in and helped us get as much as we could for our old roof. Cody explained about the new roof and the complete process finish to end. His team of installers were mindful of our landscaping which was something I was worried about being an avid gardener. Cody visited after install to repair a few nails that pushed through and install extra venting on the roof to help with hot Texas summers. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
