Mark B. came on a Holiday to help out when my furnace stopped working. First cold and snowy day in Buffalo. He was polite, attentive, explained what the issues were and was patient with me when I asked questions. I highly appreciate his professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone.

T-Mark is an excellent company. Used them years ago and was impressed back then. Jason was very knowledgeable about our heater and went above and beyond what he was called for. I will continue to use them for any heating problems. Very reasonable on prices. Highly recommend!

Andrew and Sean were absolutely incredible. They took the time to explain how the job was going to be done and kept me updated throughout the process. Andrew took extra time to explain how the new boiler and water heater works and made sure I was comfortable with the new thermostat and its operation. There were other members of their team that assisted and they were incredible as well. I recently retired from a company that prided its operation on great customer service. Andrew and Sean and the whole crew exhibited world class customer service. I would give them 10 stars. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I would like to add that Rich in sales who quoted the job was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend T- Mark plumbing and heating.

What a relief!!! Walking into my basement and finding a water leak I called the first place I could think of, a place I used before, right down the street; I called and didn’t hear anything back from them until 2 days later !!! Yes !!! 2 days later ….. I called T Mark!!! I remembered the commercials and thought I would give them a try …. Since it was the weekend , I left a message and received a email AND call back almost immediately. They showed up in more ways than one!!! So polite and helpful. The technician explained what the issue was and also helped point out how it could be easily resolved…. I was so anxious about what would be needed and the price!!! What a relief to find out that it was an easy fix and even better price. The technician was in and out in less than an hour . Needless to say the basement is dry and everything is back to normal. I will only use TMark from now on!!! Love em

Tyler was wonderful. Very friendly, polite and professional and explained things very well. I appreciate that I got a picture and his name ahead of time so I knew who to let inside the home. Very happy with his service. I also had Brian today, he did a large scale job that required cutting drywall and replacing my whole system in the bathroom. He did a great job and the bathtub/shower looks great and no leaks! They both came early and by noon all the work was done. They also explained about rebates and coupons. I appreciate how patient they were with my barky dog. Highly recommend.
