She is a first-rate expert and relentlessly digs into nooks and crannies to discover what's good about a house, and also what will need attention. Not only did we get a quality inspection--we also got a masterclass in home maintenance and home repairs.

Jess (Jessica Lawton) was so knowledgable and forth-coming explaining things to us about our new house. She was thorough, much more thorough than the inspector we had a few years back. Jessica came highly recommended to me as a home inspector, and she far exceeded my expectations of what our home inspection would be like. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her inspection style, however she still takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense to the potential buyer and leaves ample room for questions, big or small. We are so much more confident in moving forward on the house that Jess inspected because we have a realistic idea of the work needed, and even the order in which to do the work based on urgency of each issue.
